I bought a pack that let's me have all the characters but I can't get the last four characters for some reason.

At first I thought I had to play more with just like the other characters but I still don't seem to get them anytime soon.

This was also how it worked in MK11, so I thought it'd be common knowledge, but I've seen some comments in other threads of players mad they have to unlock it. Pretty easy to just write it on a sticky note for the characters you play. :)
