TL;DR The Dyson V15 is highly praised for its powerful suction, innovative features like laser detection, and ease of use. However, it comes with a high price tag and mixed reviews on durability and customer service.
Performance and Features
The Dyson V15 is celebrated for its strong suction power and innovative features such as laser dirt detection and an informative display screen [3:2],
[5:4]. Users report that it performs exceptionally well on both hard floors and carpets, making it suitable for homes with varied flooring types
[1:5],
[4:1]. The vacuum's ability to detect and adjust suction based on debris levels is also appreciated
[3:2].
Durability and Customer Service
While many users are satisfied with their Dyson V15, there are concerns about its longevity and customer service [2:5],
[4:5]. Some users have experienced issues with parts breaking or malfunctioning shortly after purchase, leading to frustration with Dyson's support
[4:4],
[2:7]. However, purchasing from retailers like Costco may mitigate these risks due to favorable return policies
[2:3].
Price Considerations
The Dyson V15 is considered expensive compared to other vacuums, but many users feel that its performance justifies the cost [2:2],
[3:2]. Discounts are occasionally available at major retailers, which can make the purchase more attractive
[5:3],
[5:5]. For those seeking a less costly option, models like the Dyson V10 are recommended for their good performance at a lower price point
[1:2],
[3:6].
User Experience
Many users find the Dyson V15 enjoyable to use, citing its maneuverability and efficiency in cleaning various surfaces [5:2],
[4:3]. The vacuum's design and attachment system enhance user experience, making it a preferred choice for stick vacuums
[2:11]. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the vacuum's weight and battery life, especially when used on carpets
[4:1],
[3:7].
Overall, the Dyson V15 is a high-performing vacuum with advanced features, but potential buyers should weigh its benefits against its cost and consider their specific needs and preferences before purchasing.
Hey guys I'm thinking of getting the dyson v15 and just wondering anyone here have it? And is it really worth the money
It depends. If you want the suction, go for it. If not, I suggest getting a v10 animal (it has a $150 off discount right now) as its suction is really well overall. I live in a large-ish house and the v10 does not leave me not disappointed (though the battery life is rather short). If you want, you can buy some extra v15 heads like the laser one if you want that vibe because from what I heard, they are compatible together.
I have one for my 2 bedroom, hard floor apartment. It's amazing and actually makes vacuuming enjoyable.
I got the Dyson for the sponge vacuum head which is perfect for wood floor.
What's your apartment like?
No no no it has no beater bar it doesn't do all carpets it only sucks crap in from three small holes in the front it's a POS I would return mine if I could they already replaced one brand new one and the second one is doing exactly the same thing there's a burn mark on my container it looks like so do I go through the same BS again I would not buy Dyson products anymore
I love mine. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that is all hard floors with 2 small dogs. I vacuum daily to keep the hair and dirt at bay. I found that it does a better job cleaning my 3 rugs than my 5 year old corded vacuum ever did, and the laser head is fantastic for the dog hair.
I have it and I even reviewed the V15 Detect on my site (in French).
« Is it worth it » really depends. Dyson models are expensive, you can get an excellent vacuuming experience for much less money according to The Wirecutter. They also rank Dyson products they reviewed here to know « what's worth it » according to them.
But I think they nailed the portable vacuum this time. Up to an hour of battery life is more than enough, the gamification that the laser brings makes it really fun to use. Sadly, the data collected (size of dust particles) is not « actionable » - again, it's just fun to watch.
Curious to see what the other Redditor think.
Edit: spelling.
Pretty much what the title says. Ive been seing this price for the last 3 years while still hanging on to my DC14 from 2016 ( maybe older) but never bit the bullet. Is this price worth in 2025? I do really need a vaccum ASAP and I would like a cordless one this time
New dysons are awful. Would rather get a quality vacuum for just above that price like a Sebo or Miele. Dyson customer service is awful and vacuum won’t stand strong for more than a year. Super disappointed in my 3 year old $400 Dyson that I work hard to actually maintain but it craps out
I’ll give an opposing opinion from my experience. I’ve owned the Miele dog and cat C1 machine and recently bought the Dyson V15. The Dyson blows the Miele out of the water for one main reason. Hair pickup. I have a wife with long thick hair and a dog, both shed, and it messed up my Miele’s power head. I could not easily take it apart and could not untangle the hair from the brush head. It’s a well built machine but didn’t work out for us.
Then, we recently bought a V15 and it changed my life. I love to clean to I mainly do it in our household. The brush head for carpet/rugs has a detangling brush that makes cleaning stuck hair so easy. It picked up more dust/dirt from our carpet than the Miele ever did. Never felt so clean. The green light on the hardwood cleaner makes it easy to see dust and hair that is otherwise not visible on lighter floors. Easy to clean and parts are cheaper to replace. Mobility is easier with the Dyson.
Granted, my wife had the Dyson hairdryer and hair wrap but this purchase cemented us as a Dyson household. We haven’t had it as long as KingTaco but it far exceeded my expectations.
As someone who's used dyson power heads and Miele power heads, this sounds like user error to me. They both have knife channels to cut it out of the power heads anyway, so I'm not sure why you'd need to take it apart unless you have a ridiculous amount of hair in the carpet that's not being vacuumed on a regular basis?
Something doesn’t sound right. The SEB236 powerhead on that Miele is arguably the best carpet cleaning powerhead ever designed (Sebo’s ET-1 is a close 2nd) I came from a Dyson and my Miele was literally in another universe. Wondering if your Miele was broken?
They’re also so nice to use, they’re more fun and the attachment system is well thought out. From a user experience standpoint they’re by far the best stick vacs.
Uprights and canisters are another story where I’d say go with a quality bagged vacuum, but if you want a stick vac I’d take something that makes me actually want to use it rather than something that might last a little longer that’s also twice the price.
2 cents from someone with Oreck, Riccar, Lindhaus, and Dyson products
It seems it’s hit and miss. We love our Costco V15 from summer 2023. It’s worked great for us. My MIL actually used it one day when we weren’t home to pick up moist baking soda. To say we were livid is an understatement. I was already bracing for a replacement.
I got a handheld electric air duster and a few thin brushes and spent close to an hour outside working on it. Thoroughly cleaned the filter and let it sit for a few days. Machine has been working fine for us thankfully.
We use it for the simple floor vacuuming, bedroom carpets, and rabbit fur.
Comments going back and forth when the real win here is COSTCO.
majority of the negative Dyson comments are on longevity. Me personally my two Dysons are rock solid.
However, Costco’s lifetime return nullify that risk, just keep the box/receipt and you should be good to go.
I love costco, but if my vacuum breaks after 3 years I feel like a dick returning it to them. That’s not exactly the intended use of the policy. I will say I also really like the v15. Parts do break, and I’ve had to replace the canister, a small piece for the laser head, and a new battery. It’s not ideal and was all out of warranty but I still would buy another one. I hate corded vacuums, and there isn’t a better cordless option out there.
I don’t think a $600 vacuum should break after three years though. It’s not a disposable item. Five years? Now it’s closer to when I would have probably naturally replaced due to technology. But anytime before that is fair use imo.
I swear to go I wouldn’t buy a Dyson product ever again even if they were $100. God forbid your vacuum goes bad and you need their help. They are an overall terrible terrible company. They are focusing on making their products cheaper and more expensive. Maybe with Costco you can just return this piece of shit 8 months later to Costco but dealing with Dyson directly is a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
I love mine. If I breaks I will either return to Costco or buy another one from Costco.
Worth it
Had a original ball that stopped working, and had a v7 and I like the stick but the suction on the stick was horrible and I returned it.
Looking into an animal 3 but would like the v15, problem is the 220 suction power on v15 I'm afraid it wouldn't use it. From what I'm being told the v15 "detects" how much suction it needs to use. I'm afraid it will just use lower suction most of the time, something I can just buy in an v8 or v10 🤷♀️
The Dyson V15 is totally worth it because it's like having a super-powered vacuum cleaner. It uses lasers to find hidden dirt, has a cool screen to show you what's going on, and it's really strong, so it can clean up big messes easily. Plus, it lasts a long time on one charge, so you can clean more without stopping. It's a bit pricey, but if you want the best, the V15 is definitely worth the money.

I just bought the v10 absolute for $400 on Dyson.com. Best vacuum I’ve ever used
I’ve got to agree, but my V10 packed up after many years without problems, so this time I went for the V15 I really think I’ve made a mistake at £300 more than the V10. Since a caption comes up using the boost about the battery. Dyson to me are just rushing to get it out there to get sales money money money that’s all.
Love mine but I need two batteries to do the full house. Fully carpeted basement and one rug in the living room upstairs. The canister is not large so it is empties twice per vacuuming if I do the whole house in one shot. What I prefer to do is vacuum in two sessions (since it’s so much more convenient to take out) so the main floor on my lunch break (WFH). Let the kids vacuum their bedrooms on Saturday morning chores (they like using it) and then vacuum the basement when they’re done. Plus I have it around for spot cleaning here and there. The benefit is how convenient it is, is still powerful. The drawback is that it has small canister and you need two batteries to do anything over the size of a two bedroom appt.
I don’t think it’s worth the money the V15, my opinions still stay with corded vacuum shark or SEBO which is very easy to push round. All Dyson is doing is push it out to make money instead of rectifying problems before it hits the market. I’m certainly going off Dyson fast as to me it’s all money with them.
I am wanting a cordless vacuum that can run for 40+ minutes. I am willing to splurge for the newest dyson, the V15. But I need HONEST reviews! Is it worth the money? Is there a different vacuum you would recommend if the dysons didn’t work for you?
It does suck. Like a vacuum should.
Check out the VacuumWars review of the V15.
It’s my first Dyson so I don’t have much to compare it to. All I know is the laser head makes vacuuming fun and I love the amount of dust the motorhead pulls from carpets.
Got one as a house warming gift for myself and out of the box QC issues, the dust counter and auto features didn't work, the machine was asking to be washed all the time despite the filter being brand new. Luckily had warranty and was able to get a replacement. Avoid buying used or sketchy 3rd party for high tech vacuum.
Mine sucks. As in, got it 4 days ago and it still doesn’t work properly. Customer service told me to drive myself 50 miles to one of their service centers to get it looked at, when it’s pretty clear to me that it’s a battery problem. 🤨🧐🤪
We bought the v15 as our first Dyson and I’m in love with the brand now. It’s an amazing vacuum and I tell who ever will listen it’s the best appliance I’ve bought. The battery life is great on hard floors but seems limited if you have multiple rooms of carpet. Maybe my carpets are just dirty and it’s constantly in high mode though. It does an amazing job picking stuff up, is surprisingly quiet, and the laser really is useful for finding debris. I was initially disappointed in all the plastic that I thought made it feel a little cheap and the charging dock creaks when you put the vacuum in it but they seem like they last a long time based off what people say and after the v15 I bought a couple old v6’s with similar plastic construction and they are still in great condition. I find my arm getting a little tired near the end of my vacuum run because of its weight though so if that’s a worry for you the v12 may be better but the tiny bin size is a limiting factor. I bought mine at a great price off eBay, brand new but with a damaged box. Warranty was included too and registered fine. I would definitely recommend the v15 if you can splurge on it
As the title states, I'm about to pull the trigger on a v15 to upgrade my 20 year old Electrolux my parents gave me when I moved out. Currently in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with a mix of hardwood and carpet but looking to get into a house before long. No pets yet, but a fiance that has long hair that I find everywhere lol. Planning on the v15, but given my circumstances can anyone recommend something else?
Also does anyone have a 20% off code they would be willing to share? Thanks.
I have the V15 absolute. Can't recommend it enough. I wish all attachments came with the laser 😃 Manoeuvrability is great. Suction is ample. Display shows some fancy stuff and easy to configure.
I have the standing dock as well. Haven't decided on avwall to mount so I like hanging it whenever..
I've a cat. Tangle free attachments are tangle free indeed. No issues. Easy to clean, take apart..
If you don't need the large capacity and extra power for carpet cleaning you can save with V12.
V15 is not the lightest but certainly not the heaviest.
Go for it.
I wish Dyson would come up with wet products as well. I got dry/wet Bissell. Returning it because it's bulky and doesn't maneuver easily...
Is this the standing dock you have?
Yes. Check out Amazon for various docks with attachment holders
No regrets with my V15. Works great every single time. It’s $100 off right now on Best Buy
If you have hard floors, the green laser on the v15 is game changing.
It looks like it’s also $100 off at Dyson. I have a code, consider it your engagement present. :) I’m new to Reddit - can you dm me so I can give you the code?
Does the 20 % off apply on top of existing discounts?
Unfortunately it's just the base price not in addition to Black Friday pricing. So I ended up not using a code.
Thank you so much! I will send you a message.
Just picked up the v15 from the Dyson site. This will replace my wyze cordless. Going to be night and day.
I just ordered mine as well! Can't wait.
I know it’s expensive, but I’m willing to overlook that. My biggest concern is will my hair get wrapped around the brush heads. I have very long hair which tends to tangle in vacuums (to the point that I have to cut it out with scissors). Are there any vacuums immune to this?
What kind of flooring and vacuums needs do you have? If you just have hard floors you can get canister vacuums that avoid hair wrap.
I just have hard flooring right now, but I move frequently and usually have carpet. I really like cordless vacuums for their maneuverability.
Got it. I think Dysons are above average but cost more than the competition. None of the anti hair wraps work completely so the best solution is to get a brushroll that is easy to remove and clean and to use one of the soft brushrolls on hard floors. The soft brushrolls get less hairwrap.
I really like LG CordZero Kompressor and Samnsung Jet 90. Both are less expensive and include 2 batteries and a charging stand.
I have a v15, hair to my hips, and Great Pyrenees. It amazes me that my hair doesn’t get wrapped around the brush. I’m like, HOW?
IMO Dyson vacuums are not well made and do a poor job of cleaning.
So great
Get a Sebo. Roller is removable for cleaning. Sebo D4 Demonstration
My partner has very long hair. We now have a V15 after having a Miele HX1. We vacuum several times a week and I’m yet to have to detangle any of the brushes. With the HX1, it was required after every use.
I'm looking at buying a new cordless stick vac. We've had a Dyson V6 for YEARS but honestly the battery life isn't brilliant, we were considering getting a couple of new batteries, one to replace the current and one spare to switch if needed, but now we've somehow lost the main cleaning head. Factoring in the costs, we're thinking maybe it's just time to finally invest in a new one 😂
Mainly looking at Dyson as they're easy comparisons and familiar, I did consider Shark before but just got overwhelmed by all the models and styles!
I mainly love the idea of the long battery life and remaining battery countdown in minutes, do any other vacs have this display that may be worth considering? Open to other options with shorter battery life if the option to quickly switch batteries is there, but I'm mainly into the countdown as we have ADHD so time perception is warped.
The laser is also something interesting to me as we have mainly hardwood floors (but a new carpet on the upstairs landing and stairs) and 4 cats, so fluff is everywhere!
Not considering the V11 as the price difference is so minimal, but is it worth throwing the V8 into the mix or just take the plunge and invest in the V15?
Does anyone have it and recommend/regret it?
not an expert at all, but i went from a v6 to a $99 standard vacuum back to a v11. i love my dyson, but i love it for what it is. extremely light weight, the improved canister design to collect and dispose the trash is a major plus from the v6, i live in a small apartment, although with two cats. it's half wood, half carpet (with stairs). it works for me. it's easy to clean, easy to maneuver, and i like that i can store the attachments on the unit itself and it's still lightweight. i love that it's cordless. the v11 tells you what charge the battery has and has three modes that eat the battery at different levels. the regular mode lasts me awhile, the eco mode even more. the more powerful mode will def eat at it way faster, but i think it charges back up quick enough for me. looks like the v15 has a removable battery that clicks out, so if you're used to your dyson, absolutely love it, but want that extra battery life, sounds like you can buy a second battery and then you'd be good.
To address the misinformation posted in the previous comment, there is no evidence that has been provided to demonstrate that cordless vacuum cleaners are only for "quick pickups" and nothing else. Such a bold claim should be backed with some form of evidence, especially since the actual airflow and suction numbers do not demonstrate a lack of power when it comes to modern cordless models. The only "evidence" I have seen provided has been leaky suction gauge tests and "working vacuum" measurements, which are inconclusive due to how much the testing rig in question leaks and skews the two aforementioned metrics and the fact that working vacuum numbers have been demonstrated to not have a direct correlation to cleaning performance. Definitely take such claims with a grain of salt.
The V15 and V11 are quite different units, with the V15 having a dirt sensor that measures particle sizes and having updated cleaner heads including the hard floor roller with the laser; and the run times of the V15 seem to be slightly better on turbo mode, as well as the V15 being a significantly more powerful vacuum cleaner.
The V8 is not "widely considered" to be better than the V11 or V15 by any means. There is a reason that the V8 is the budget option and has been replaced numerous times. It is not an awful unit, but it has less run time, longer charging times, significantly less suction and airflow, a much smaller bin, no screen or dirt sensor, and so forth. One can prefer the V8, but it is not objectively a better vacuum cleaner.
I get having opinions, but if one needs to stretch the truth to such an extent to validate their opinions, maybe they should rethink their opinions. To clarify, I am most certainly not talking about the OP.
I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts about the V12 detect vs the V15 detect. Looking for the ultimate easy hwfl vacuum. I don’t care about the bigger canister size as I empty after using each time.
I'll let more experienced vacuum techs give a full run down, but reconsider Dyson.
Personally if I was over there I would grab a Henry cordless while you can or wait for the new Henry cordless stick vacuum.
Cordless stick vacuums are great for quick pickups but nothing more the v15 is nothing more than the v11 with a light. The V8 is widely considered better than both of those in terms of handling with about the same capability.
So I have a v15 since it first came out and yeah it’s alright but it just isn’t worth the money. The fluffy head is nice but you can buy that separate. You only get good cleaning power on max which is like 12/13 min. The changeable battery is a plus but I noticed that carpet/rugs just seem to be so dirty still after cleaning. Overall it’s alright but I would not spend the money again very overpriced. Good for a quick clean but not for 700.
Is this the Dyson for us or is there a cheaper Dyson who will do the job? We are a family with ADHD with dust mite allergies and reducing barriers to clean floors is critical to our health and well-being.
Our house is tiled throughout and fairly large, plus it’s a very dusty location, our animals shed hair constantly and our place is a mess! I think it will need the longer 60 min run time. I also think the freestanding docking station will make life much easier as it’s less of a barrier to a quick whizz around. The tools sound very helpful too - especially the hair screw tool and the laser fluffy brush.
I have a fantastic Miele but the cord isn’t long enough and the plug needs to be moved every room. It was also $$$ but It’s a fantastic machine, just not for this house. I can’t get the floors clean enough for long enough to mop throughout! It sucks!
A cheaper Dyson that meets our needs would be great - because then I can use the money for other essentials.
(FYI, fewer options for cordless vacuums in our location- aside from the shark that sounds terrible according to reviews on here)
Appreciate any opinions or insights!
A bagged vacuum will provide the best dust filtration. personally I would stay away from Dyson.
Thank you, but I already have a corded bagged vacuum cleaner and it isn’t working in this house for multiple reasons. Therefore, I’m using it less and the house is dustier! I believe it would be better to have a stick model that’s easier to use, and vacuum more frequently
I have the V15 and I love it. The ability to see the microscopic debris while cleaning when the fluffy head is great. It picks up everything it sees especially on hard floor. It also has a great battery life, not quite an hour but 40 minutes or more. The only thing better than the V15 would be the Dyson V11 oversize since it comes with two batteries and each of those I believe can last over an hour. It’s just a very $$ machine.
People in here are very anti-Dyson and anti-Shark fyi but they’re popular for a reason.
What do you have for a Miele? I assume it’s a C1 since you describe the cord being very short. I would suggest you upgrade to a C3 which has a much larger cleaning range or get a Henry HVR200. If you still want a cordless I would stay away from Dyson since the V15 isn’t worth it if you have all hard floors. It is really meant for somebody who has it as their only vacuum. Something like the Henry Cordless would work well. Although to get more than 60 Minutes of vacuuming you will need to buy another battery (this goes for all the cordless machines I mention). The LG A9 or the Samsung Jet90 would be some good options but as mentioned before you will need to buy another battery to get above 60 minutes of run time. Truthfully if you need more than 60 minutes of run time a cordless machine probably isn’t for you. Hope this helps narrow you it down.
What you are asking for seems to go against practical sense when it comes to vacuums: to use a vacuum that is more dirty, has poor ergonomics, smaller floorhead, small bin capacity and limited run time and suction to clean your entire fairly large house as you say when you already have a capable machine that is superior in every way to the performance of Dyson.
What I think you want is cordless convenience and that's understandable. Cordless vacuums are much better for quick pick ups and regular upkeep of small spaces rather than as an only vac for a large home.
I think that if allergen reduction is important, you should not retire your Miele, but instead dedicate weekly time to clean whole house with a bagged canister as part of a allergy mitigating ritual (and yes, it's a bit more cumbersome to pull out and switch plugs, but it will get you a thorough cleaning and trap allergens) and also get a cordless vac for daily use as needed.
If you have the option for LG zero, it comes with a stand and two batteries and alternate floor head versions.
Thanks for this advice. I don’t intend to get rid of my Miele, it’s a great machine but I don’t get enough time to finish using it to vacuum the whole house, because I have demons (in small human form) who use anytime I’m distracted to break things.
I looked at the LG you recommended- it’s $2000 in Australia. The Dyson I’m thinking of is $1500, which is already far beyond what I’m willing to spend.
Thanks again!
(Edited because one of the demons crawled on me while I started typing and bumped my thumb)
Ouch, those prices! In the states LG cordless can be found for $399 for the standard version while the Dyson v15 is $750. I've had good luck with a refurbished unit straight from Dyson. A few years ago, i got the V10 absolute package and was impressed with its condition, perfectly clean, new filter, canister and brand new heads and accessories for half the price of new. 6 months warranty though...
If you have the money it’s the best stick vacuum
There are definitely some interesting answers on here. If you like the features of the V15 package in question and you have the budget for it, then go for it. They work quite well especially for being cordless machines and they are a lot of fun. The run time is excellent for what it is, even out of eco mode. Sadly, I do not currently own one, but I have handled them and looked at them and it is something that I could imagine myself picking up and liking to use more than something bigger and bagged, despite those machines perhaps having advantages.
If you do not need the fancy package, then you can certainly get away with getting a previous model like the V11, V10, or even the V8. Just make sure that you get a package with the hard floor roller that you want. Each one has slight improvements, but the V8 is a solid cleaner.
Certainly avoid the Shark models.
It was on sale with 200 off and a free Floor Dook with purchase. I've read a little about it but not seeing much from user perspective outside YouTube reviews, is it a genuinely decent dyson vacuum and worthy of its price? Before this is I had a cheap Chinese cleaner that was less than 150, had to get rid of it due to no replacement parts being made.
my Dyson broke within 1 year and Dyson service was not able to repair it. Their products doesn't seem very well built for the price. I would never ever buy a Dyson product again. User support was also not the best so far.
The cost of time/salary paid to the repairer will largely overcome just a replacement. They produce item in no-dissembled design aim to more lighter in weight, and fast service. But it also requires you to buy the new model/whole parts when your old warranty expires. This is a very snake strategy and many company using this.
and that's exactly the reason why I won't buy any Dyson products anymore 👍
Is it not covered under any warranty? I've been given a 2 year warranty with the one I bought. It doesn't cover the filters, though.
It is, but the fact that they are not able to repair their own stuff but give a new one says a lot about a company and their products.
we dig ours. beware of the thin, angled "wheels" that support the wide floor sweeper. it's a common issue reported here. too much pressure will break the "axle" and pop the wheel off permanently. it happened to me, otherwise i recommend it- and buying an additional HEPA filter is a good idea.
Thank you! I definitely will buy another filter. I noticed that there are two colors - blue and purple, is there a difference in your eyes?
The main selling point for me was the fluffy head, I do have carpets as well. I only live in a 2 bed bungalow, so hopefully it won't suffer too much wear.
Install the same filter thats on your V15
Just upgraded it after using v6 for nearly 10 years. Love it.
Love mine.
It's convenient to use, but that's it
Looking for a cordless hoover thats lightweight.
Max budget is 300. But can buy a refurbished v8 for £90 or a refurbished v15 for £250 - both batteries replaced.
Is the £160 worth it for the v15? Or is there an alternative thats better value than both?
I have hardwood throughout my flat and staircase and just 2 mini carpets.
I owned Dyson vacuums for 20 years (since the rollerball back in 2005) and they have generally been excellent. My last two havent lasted nearly as long though; and were prone to getting clogged very easily and were difficult to maintain.
I decided to get a Shark last time out - and tbh....it just, works. Its cheaper, easier to empty, doesnt have as many small parts, doesnt get clogged easily; and when it does, its easy to sort out. The suction is better.
Despite being a Dyson fanboy for 2 decades, I have reached the stage where I think they've fallen behind.
£170 new (down from £300). This is much better than any recent Dyson imo.
Yes but thats not cordless. What would be the best cordless? Need it for multiple use plus car
Ah sorry, I overlooked the cordless part - and that was one of the main points of your post. The same site sells cordless ones that are also on sale - but I don't personally know how they stack up against Dyson. They do have a handheld cordless vac for £59 that is decent enough to use in your car, in my experience.
My v8 is now 6 years old. Used a few times a day and still perfect .
Had a v8 for 5 years. Excellent machine. Don’t like the models after the v8 all too big and cumbersome.
Absolutely!
is the dyson v15 vacuum worth it
Key Considerations for the Dyson V15 Vacuum:
Suction Power: The Dyson V15 features powerful suction with a 230 AW (Air Watts) rating, making it one of the most powerful cordless vacuums available. This ensures effective cleaning on various surfaces.
Smart Technology: It includes intelligent features like a laser dust detection system that reveals microscopic dust on hard floors, and an LCD screen that displays real-time performance data, including battery life and particle count.
Battery Life: The V15 offers up to 60 minutes of runtime, depending on the mode used. This is sufficient for most cleaning tasks without needing to recharge frequently.
Versatility: With multiple attachments, including a high-torque cleaner head and a mini motorized tool, it can easily handle different surfaces and cleaning needs, from carpets to hard floors.
