This is such a fun question. I wonder if there’s a way you could implement this into the game. Like you can put your favourite thing but it would be cool to be able to add your own loves and hates!

I love them! On my very first farm I was finding them constantly, but on my recent one I found one only in year 3! Except the one that was donated to the museum. If I had known, I would keep it and wait those three years to donate it.

my likes would be any artifacts! Once donated in game they don’t have much use but they’re just neat to me. Late game i try to make my own museum.

A hated gift would be coffee. so useful in game but can’t stand it irl

I made a coffee plantation and exploited the labour of junimos. They work in exchange for renting my huts. Then I used coffee to get all the villagers to like me.

Fruits are liked by everybody. If they are not available, mayo or coffee would do nicely with few exceptions.

I like the cooking aspect so I try to cook them their favorite meals. And gemstones because I love receiving gemstones irl.
