Do u like original skyblcok more? If ur willing to then hypixel skyblcok is great! No p2w, grind that will last hundreds of hours and custom everything. Personally spent 400 hours and still going 🙏

I play in extreme craft. Mostly vanilla with economy and some quests and such!

I haven't played it in a while, but i used to only be able to play Minecraft on my nintendo switch. There was one specific server called 'Lifeboat' that I'd always play skyblock on, and it's really fun. You could go to other peoples islands and everything. And there's usually lots of players on it. You can sell items you get in the game for money, which gets you things like food, saplings, animal/ore spawners, which you can sell ores for a heck lot of money). I don't know if the server is on PC, but if you have a nintendo (and an online account) i definitely reccomend.

If you’re on bedrock then I’d say Hive. On Java I’m not really sure. I still say hypixel skywars is one of the best and if Jartex still has their Skywars I would say that as it was the most balanced. Other than that id say mineberry.

CubeCraft has a really cool Skywars, but idk if I would call it the best. It’s pretty good though from playing it

I would recommend sticking with 1.18. It’s easier to start with the new world height now than to try and upgrade the world later whenever an update comes out that you want to switch to.

A 3700x should be capable of running it.

I would assume 1.16 as the game versions should become 'heavier' as things are added to each new version.

I highly recommend 1.16.5 if you want a newer, “light weight” Minecraft.

However, a 3700x is actually a pretty powerful processor. You should be perfectly able to run a 1.18 server as long as you have like 5-8 gb ram to allocate. Being a skyblock server also has some benefits as a majority of the world is void, and mobs aren’t roaming as much as in a full world.
