TL;DR The best Nissan sedan often depends on personal needs and preferences, but popular models include the Nissan Altima for its balance of comfort and performance, and the Nissan Maxima for those seeking a sportier drive with a more luxurious feel.
Nissan Altima
The Nissan Altima is frequently cited as one of the best options in the Nissan sedan lineup. It is well-regarded for its comfortable ride, spacious interior, and efficient fuel economy. The Altima offers a range of engine options, including a turbocharged variant that provides an extra boost of power. It's a versatile choice for those who want a reliable daily driver with modern features and technology.
Nissan Maxima
For those looking for a sedan with a bit more luxury and sportiness, the Nissan Maxima is a strong contender. Known as Nissan's "four-door sports car," the Maxima offers a powerful V6 engine and a more upscale interior compared to the Altima. It combines performance with comfort, making it suitable for drivers who want a bit more excitement from their daily commute.
Considerations for Tall Drivers
While specific discussions about tall drivers and Nissan sedans were not found in the provided threads, it's worth noting that both the Altima and Maxima offer ample interior space. However, taller individuals might want to visit a dealership to test drive these models and ensure they provide enough headroom and legroom for comfort.
Additional Features and Technology
Both the Altima and Maxima come equipped with a suite of advanced safety features and infotainment systems. These include options like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility. Such features can enhance the driving experience by providing added convenience and safety.
Budget Considerations
When choosing between the Altima and the Maxima, budget is an important factor. The Altima is generally more affordable, making it a great option for those looking for value without sacrificing quality. On the other hand, the Maxima, while more expensive, offers additional luxury features and a more powerful engine, which could justify the higher price for some buyers.
I'm on stage 3 moon with 1600 cat food and I'm wondering if I should spend it on this event or should I wait for ultra souls.
Also 2 extra questions:
should should I save 11 rare tickets for guaranteed uber od does it not work like that?
If I didn't previously spend cat food on rare tickets am I able to get 2 guaranteed ubers from this event for discounted price? (2x 750)
You cannot use rare tickets for an eleven roll. Neo best of the best however, is much less common than ultra souls, only appearing in special events. It's one of the best sets to roll, but in a few weeks, there will be an event called 'superfest' on, and that is probably what you should save your rare tickets for.
Can u give me a short list of best events I should spend on? (With guaranteed uber)
Anything with 'fest' in the name, anything with a guaranteed eleven draw, and the best banners to roll (other than the fest's) are the almightys, the dynamites, and ultra souls. The ones you shouldn't roll is pretty much just the nekolugas. As said previously, superfest is coming up soon (early October), so I'd say save your tickets for that.
Actually it's far from being one of the best banners. Most of the Ubers are either very mid or just decent. Only roll if you really want Agent Staal.
I stand corrected. Wait for superfest
I heard both of the best of the best banners don't have 100% guaranteed Uber rolls on them
Oh you are right
For me is Flag wo Hatamekasero, The way they keep singing after all the chaos, no lights, no microphones, even no stage... It always gives me chills watching that performance.
I got nothing to contribute to this poll but i hoping dead of rap makes it onto the list eventually.
Me too
Oikaze Travellers for me too
Oikaze Travelers, definitely
I pick Oikaze Travelers even though i would like to pick it during (Best played live).
Nah we gotta give that one to Little Bodda Bope
The only category Game of Thrones lost that night was Oustanding Supporting Actress. Lena Headey and Emilia Clarke lost to Uzo Aduba (Orange is the New Black).

Sounds like a pretty good show. I'm sure they kept doing well in later seasons.
Best Picture alone tells me they don’t have a great grasp of this stuff; no way Netflix gets four nominees, especially when two of those movies weren’t even that well received and the fourth (Train Dreams) might not even be a campaign priority for them
The novella for Train Dreams is great, the reviews at Sundance were great, and I assumed they were releasing it in November to have it compete for best picture. If anything, I thought that would be the most blatantly Oscar-y movie they have. I agree that I'm unsure if both Frankenstein and Jay Kelly will be nominated for BP though.
i think frankenstein has a much better shot at a bp nom than jay kelly, just based on vibes
I'm not saying they shouldn't or won't prioritize it tbc, there's just no indication that's the case currently. I don't really expect that to change when it was an acquisition and it has the least starpower behind it (meaning the relationships they value the least). Jay Kelly didn't go over super well but they're probably not ruling out Clooney or Sandler and the Baumbach/Gerwig relationship is super important to them.
I’m personally gonna give Frankenstein a fair shot but idk why anyone would think based on how it’s been received that it has any shot of a BP nom.
Reviews are good but admittedly not great, it got runner-up in Toronto, there's a ton of affection for GDT in the industry (see Shape of Water winning in an insanely stacked year, Pinocchio winning Animated, Nightmare Alley getting a BP nom), and it's going to get boosted by its strength in below the line categories. I don't think it's a super strong contender but won't be shocked if it squeezes into the 9th or 10th spot. Gold Derby's got it at 14th currently but that's behind three movies I think it's definitely stronger than (Jay Kelly, Springsteen, Rental Family).
To be fair, Nightmare Alley also got a tepid response, but managed to pull of a BP nom. Though that one benefitted from a well-timed endorsement by Martin Scorsese.
Disappointing to not see Delroy on the best supporting list for Sinners
I think springsteen is getting on there. They've been loving music biopics. doesn't matter how poorly they do critically. smashing machine seems like the rock is going for actor so I think that gets in as well. this has been a fun season so far though. last year was a mess with Emilia Perez, and then the backlash over Anora winning, and then all the mess around the brutalist and ai. This year so far seems like it's mostly good or great movies but theres still a lot of race left so who knows.
This is the availability bias at play, there are music biopics they don’t nominate every year and not every year has a music biopic in the lineup
I saw Train Dreams last week. It's a great movie, but I'd be shocked if it gets Oscar attention.
I know there's timidity to predict horror at the Oscars (unless Ryan Coogler directed it and it became an inescapable cultural phenomenon), but... c'mon, guys, Amy Madigan is getting in for Weapons.
For me:

I took my online casino checklist for a spin last week: license and reputation first, then RTP pages, load speed, and whether rules are actually readable. Flashy banners looked great; steady lobbies with transparent terms played better. On promos, the best casino bonuses were not the biggest. Smaller, fairer offers with clear wagering and sane expiry out earned headline monsters. I logged stake size, rollover pace, and cashed out when the math lined up. No “one more spin” tax. Live tables were all about rhythm. The best live casinos held HD at peak hours, kept dealer pace consistent, and showed round history without extra clicks. If latency crept in, I bailed. Clean UI beats cinematic fluff every time.
Cards? I stuck to best online blackjack variants: S17, DAS, RSA, no forced side bets. Basic strategy + strict bankroll rules + a 45 minute timebox kept sessions calm. Tilt control is EV control. Payments tied it together: instant e wallets or crypto, low fees, and KYC ready before the first deposit to avoid lockups. Unique passwords and 2FA on by default. Keep it simple, keep it disciplined, and let the numbers, not the banner, drive the session.
Live tables are all about rhythm. If HD wobbles or dealer pace slows, I back out immediately. I also keep a 45 minute timer and two lines: stop loss at three buy ins, take profit at two. Basic strategy only, no side bets, and I log stake changes so I do not chase. Payments wise, I prefer e wallets or crypto with KYC done before deposit. Clean UI plus predictable rules beats any cinematic lobby.
License and RTP first. Banners later. Solid checklist.
Agree. I skip any bonus with unclear wagering or expiry. A smaller but fair offer keeps the bankroll alive longer.
With that approach I liked DragonSlots: the bonus page is easy to read with no hoops, blackjack rules are visible, and cashout steps are predictable. Not perfect, but last week it had the least friction.
Timer on, read T&Cs, bounce if terms change mid session.

People are shitting on this car for some reasson which i don't understand why. The design is beautiful which is subjective but at the beggining people where complaining about the front grill that looks too square which is not the case because in different angles it appears a beautiful v shape that hugs the front fascia of the car.
Also complaining about the interior which i see nothing wrong with it and Its a massive upgrade compare to the previous gens while keeping the signature 3 gauges with a manual transmision option with a stronger engine.
Complaining about Its platform that Its shared with the previous gen. Why is this bad? From which point this became a negative thing? If it works why change it? I haven't heard someone complaining about audi or other car companies that do the same. Besides the design is completely different making it also modern retro.
Nissan was already in a bad spot in terms of Its economical state and the z was literally the best thing they could do to it at their position.
The car was literally starting from 40k. The only bad thing that Its not the fault of Nissan where outside dealers that where keeping the price at 60k 70k which is horrible. And the only negative thing was the sound of the exhaust.
Wow, from one side it's interesting to know that people hate the front grill because it's clearly the bow to the first design of the Z model, and along with the shape of the lamps they managed to remake this iconic look into a new silhouette. This model is like every Z’s combined — pretty clever and nostalgic as I see it. And I thought true fans more or less like this idea of the nostalgia in recent designs.
But that makes me really emotional, it’s even an idea that this car could cost $40k in the States. Me as a foreigner never dream to have such a car for such a price. I guess in the country where I'm from, even $60k-70k will be a really cool price tag for this model.
Agreed, I think they captured the spirit of the previous Zs really well with this car. I don’t know why, but they didn’t sell well here in the USA at all. I’ve been to 55 car shows this year since April, and I’ve seen 2 of them
Original Z has good looking grille. This has massive flat block. It would look good if 10cm of height would be removed to area where grille is just black.
Love the silhouette, bonet/hood, but overall, the design feels too sterile and overly simplified, like it’s missing that final layer of detail or character. And that’s coming from someone who generally prefers clean, simple design. I usually find modern cars too busy or try-hard, which makes them look gaudy. For comparison, I think the Golf Mk6 and Mk7 strike a great balance: simple, but well-fleshed-out. They have enough design depth to keep them visually interesting without going over the top. The Z just feels a bit undercooked in that regard.
If it was actually available at 40k this would have been a generational car. At the price it's being sold tho it just cannot compete on clean looks alone.
Agreed. Bought a new 24 GR86, but if these were actually available at MSRP it would have been tough to choose between them. Nissan fumbled hard
Question, why aren't they available at that price? Limited supply from Nissa to USA?
In Europe we can't even buy it due to our emission regulations (brands "pay" - they add it to the selling price- a tax depending on the average CO2 emissions of cars sold, so Nissan thought it was better not bringing it here).
Totally agree! The new Z is a beauty, imo far nicer looking that the blob mashup that is the supra (that only looks nice from the back). Sadly the pricing killed it, that plus the platform simply being too old and too hefty with all the shit they threw on top of it
The real problem is that the car came out during the pandemic when cars were way overpriced, my wife worked at a Nissan dealership when it came out and it was $20k over sticker price. Should’ve been priced like a mustang with a wide range of trims.
FT1 I personally like better than final supra mk5. It definitely needed some toning down and modernizing, but that raised hood, distinctive nose, and interesting front lip. It's a little bulbous, but I would say that's because it was 2014
The car looks great. The performance is pretty great too. What killed this car is the dealers and probably Nissan’s brand reputation as a whole
When the 350Z came out in ‘03 (late ‘02, I guess), Nissan ran ads in Road & Track, Motortrend, et al, with a number people could report dealerships charging over MSRP. The 300ZX had priced itself out of its market at it seemed Nissan didn’t want that to happen to their new Z.
When dealerships couldn’t keep them on the lot for more than a minute, we were able to purchase ours for MSRP.

Mark and Jack take another look at r/cars' 2nd favorite car to hate on after the upcoming prelude. They talk about it a lot, but I think the price is really the only downside. It's a great formula, it performs well, it just hasn't kept up with the market, which would be fine if it was more affordable.
> it just hasn't kept up with the market
I think its kept up with the market when you look at its peers, its just that the market is shit
As they said for $45k its more of a drivers car than the GT, Coupe, RWD, V6 unlike the Type-R, it already outsold the supra,
Yeah. Zs aren’t cheap, but then again nothing with that kind of performance actually is. I went on the Ford site not long ago to spec out a Mustang GT the way I wanted (manual, Performance pack, the package that comes with the sound system and not much else) and I was at like $52k… for a Mustang in rental car white with no sunroof and cloth seats.
When I realized that proper, the Z Performance started to make more sense to me price-wise.
Good-ish news is the GTs have some incentives too, not as crazy as the Z but it's competitive. It's just not (relatively) much of a drivers car as they said in the video
The Z is a 2 seater and the Mustang is a 2+2 though, right?
As someone with a 2+2 I know the rear seats aren't that useful (only kids can fit back there comfortably) but it's still a bit more usability than a pure 2 seater.
> it already outsold the supra
that's crazy since I've only seen like 3 in SoCal while there are a million Supras
I went to a car meet hosted by a Nissan dealership and they had a new Z just sitting there and the salesmen walked up to me and said if you buy this today “we’ll take $7k off sticker”. I was tempted.
I did buy a new ct4 blackwing, but this nissan 400z isn't a 'buy new' car for me.
Sports cars are usually cheaper in Canada but they're getting to be <30k USD here, so I think 35k wouldn't be too good to be true. I agree with the above, I'm not in the market for a coupe but I have two friends who bought a new GR86 because of Initial D for about the same price as a lightly used Z and I think the value proposition on the Z is insane right now, you can go to the dealer with no negotiation and get a new one for $40k USD.
That's enticing. I'd probably go for one if I didn't care about fuel economy for my daily. Love the Z's looks and am fine with it not being the greatest performance-wise.
I really wish they were able to make a roadster. With it being more of a GT, a Roadster Sport trim with an auto for around $45k would be incredible.
Yea every so often I’ll start my rounds of searching for more affordable sports cars and get shocked by how much 370z’s still are
Considering 15 year old 370zs are still in the 20k range, you may have to wait for awhile.
And by now the 350z has crossed over into legit “classic” territory, so mint, 1-owner stock versions are still in the 20k range as well.
There are clapped out examples, and convertible models, far far cheaper but you don’t want those. It’s actually very rare to find an affordable 350z that’s not a convertible model these days, since those are all that’s left.
Back during Covid I had the opportunity to buy a black, stock, 6MT coupe 350z for $15k. I’ve been kicking myself ever since for not getting it. It’s been my white whale
