TL;DR For luxury towels, consider stores like Brooklinen, Frontgate, and high-end department stores. Options like Costco and Zara Home offer quality alternatives at a more affordable price.
Popular Luxury Towel Brands
Brooklinen towels are highly recommended for their plushness and durability. Users have praised them for maintaining their quality over time, with some mentioning that they still feel new after years of use [3:3]
[5:3]. Similarly, Frontgate resort towels are frequently mentioned as a top choice for luxury bath towels due to their size and fluffiness, often available at discounted prices
[3:2]
[3:6].
Department Stores and Specialty Shops
High-end department stores such as Hyundai or Shinsegae in Seoul are suggested for finding luxurious towels, though experiences may vary depending on the specific location and availability [2:4]. In the U.S., stores like Opulence of Southern Pines and Quintessentials offer a variety of luxurious bath products, including towels
[5:1]
[5:2].
Affordable Alternatives
Costco is frequently mentioned as a reliable source for high-quality towels at an affordable price. While some users have had positive experiences with Costco's offerings, others have noted issues with excessive shedding [1:3]
[5:6]. Zara Home is another option for purchasing stylish and comfortable towels, with delivery options available in certain regions
[2:5]
[2:6].
Specialty Online Retailers
Italic is mentioned as a source for big, fluffy Australian cotton towels, providing another online option for those seeking luxury towels [3:1]. Additionally, Lands' End and LL Bean are noted for their quality towels, which can be ordered online
[5:9].
Considerations for Buying Luxury Towels
When purchasing luxury towels, it's important to consider care requirements to maintain their plushness and longevity. For instance, avoiding fabric softeners and drying at low heat can help keep towels feeling fresh and soft [5:3].
I want to buy a nice towel. Like, really nice. Luxury towel. That's also huge. And extremely soft. And thick. Kind of like if a towel was a blanket. I tried buying one online because I couldn't find anything in town, but it was not soft, thick, or large enough. If anyone has any ideas for where I could go that sells towels, that'd be amazing! I've tried winners/homesense, Walmart, and jysk.
You couldn’t find any good ones at HomeSense? They have an amazing selection of towels.
Costco Beach towel?
Costco huge bath towels are high quality and only about $10.
How about QE Home (Quilts Etc) at Cataraqui mall? https://www.qehomelinens.com/home-bath/towels/
Their cotton modal towels are the BEST. Thick and fluffy and don't run and pill.
Winners / Homesense for sure, good prices and good brands. The one in Kingston is a bit picked over so you might have to go more regularly to hunt some down, or go to Belleville Homesense
Costco
Hey!
I would like to replace my towels with a really nice, luxurious set. I'm talking a really big bath sheet with matching towels of various sizes, super fluffy and absorbent, maybe in organic Egyptian cotton or organic bamboo or something like that. Not the cheap polyester/cotton blends you get at places like Daiso and emart. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place that sells more midrange/high end towels and other homewares? Particularly western-style towels?
Surprised it hasn’t been mentioned yet, but here we go… COSTCO! It is truly heaven on earth 😍
Also Zara home
I FEEL YOUR PAIN. I gave up. I just get them Canada now. We bought some nice ones from some designer store 3-4 years ago in Seoul, forgot the name. But after recently going back to Canada I realized they just don't compare
Maybe I'll just end up importing some from overseas haha
Go to any of the large department stores in Seoul like Hyundai or Shinsegae.
I tried the Shinsegae in Gangnam and didn't have much luck. Did I not look in the right place? Is there a particular brand you'd recommend I search for?
You could also try Zara Home they deliver in Korea and there is a store in Coex
Oh and try HM in Coex as well.
Not sure if it's still there, but there used to be a store on Itaweon Road (nearby Hangangjin Station) that had mostly fashion but also nice quality towels made in Portugal.
Nice quality large-size shower towels are one of the things I brought from Europe when moving here and would recommend to bring to anyone planning to move here.
I need a towel refresh. I've been checking out the Bathing Culture one which looks AMAZING but wish they had more color options, not sure if I want rainbow.
Any other suggestions? Ideally want something quick drying but still plush. I've gotten the Target Casaluna ones in the past and they are fine but I want something a little thicker/more plush? They were a bit on the thin side for me.
FrontGate has really big, nice towels
Yes! I got my bath sheets from there and I’m never going back to standard-size bath towels!!! I love being enveloped in my bath sheet 🥺
Yesssss! They’re the best towels ever.
Yes! My mom got me into Frontgate resort towels in college and I’ve never looked back.
There are always 30% sales as well, so they’re very reasonable, though I’d still buy them if there weren’t sales!
Frontgate bath towels (so large and fluffy) and Turkish towels for the summer when you’re sweating the minute you step out of the shower
Frontgate! The best, the absolute fluffiest. Luxe for days
I LOVE my brooklinen towels
I got big fluffy Australian cotton towels from Italic
I have two sets as well. I tried to get a third set recently and they were sold out so I scooped the Purely Indulgent 100% Egyptian Cotton Towel Set from Costco and they’re nice too.
+1 for kassatex, they ’re used at a hotel I visit frequently for work (both towels and sheets). Love them and will be buying when my current towels are ready to replace
I love my Brooklinen towels too! I got them in white and they are still so bright. I got them on sale and definitely a significant difference in quality to what I’ve gotten in the past from bed bath & beyond and Target
Nah cause Lands End sheets are godtier so I assume their towels are fantastic as well!!
Weird one, but I'm after some rep luxury towels for cheap. Don't need to be 1:1 just pretty good quality, but can't seem to find a good seller.
If anyone knows anyone? It'd be appreciated.

Someone posted this, just found this link on a comment
Maybe I'm blind, but I can't see any towels on there...
ThreeDon has some, see his yupoo: https://three-don99.x.yupoo.com/collections/2953030
a towel...
come on man..
Etai what are you doing here man
There’s some Versace ones floating around
What store sells quality bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths?
I want them to still feel rich and thick and luxurious for more than 3 months after owning them.
I think the store is called Opulence of Southern Pines. It's in the Village district on the corner near goodberrys and Barnes and noble. They have extremely luxurious bath products including towels there.
Yes, and there is a place at North Hills called Quintessentials which has similar brands.
But honestly Frontgate resort towels are even better. And cheaper.
Brooklinen bath sheets. The super-plush edition. Floofy beyond belief for 2+ years
Also a Brooklinen superplush fan. These do come with care requirements (as do all towels, really): you can’t use laundry detergent with fabric softener and they are best dried at low heat to make them last and stay plush. My Brooklinen towels are 4 years old and still feel like new with weekly washings!
Be warned - if you do this, towels at even pretty respectable mid-tier hotels will start feeling like threadbare, sandpapered dishrags by comparison.
Love Brooklinen
Do you have to order them online?
The last U.S. towel factory closed several months ago. Good luck.
Costco
Noooooo, I love Costco but have to caution against this. We just bought some gorgeous hotel style towels that shed SO MUCH no matter how much I wash them. And they've contaminated any old towels washed with them, even after multiple washes! When my husband dried off with one this week, all his body hair looked white. That's how much fuzz is still coming off these towels. I've never seen anything like it!! I think the manufacturer must've tricked Costco and used to some sort of cast off fuzz, manufacturing waste basically, to make the thread look thick. Cotton fibers need to be a certain length to be used to make thread and fabric, and these definitely aren't it.
JC Penney has long staple cotton towels, but they're more expensive than the Costco ones.
Their bath sheets are fantastic!
Lands End or LL Bean
Looking for something under $50 per towel. Thanks in advance!
You can check out some of the bath towels from Mafatlal. It's available on amazon, myntra, meesho etc. They're good tbh
Homesense/winners/Marshall's (all same company) but it's hit or miss. Maybe it's worth it to go to another homesense if you don't find it on the 1st try. I got one last week and it's great.
Thank you!
Costco. Surprisingly good for cheap. We also love their bed sheets
Costco
Winners/Homesense/Marshalls had the best towels I’ve been able to find. Grab a full set if you find one you like cause they don’t always have the same styles for long.

Dunnes have a great range. Hotel range a little pricy, but quality is excellent.
Go raibh míle maith agat!
Second this!
Guineys, got a couple nice ones online
I have lovely heavy ones from Tesco. Good few years now and still in great condition and fluffy.
Came here to say that…
Arnotts bargain basement stocked me up years ago.
Foxford do nice towels
I recently started my little mobile detailing business as a side hustle while I study at school I’ll be able to make money on the side and on my own schedule but, I’m I don’t know where to buy some whole sale towels that are good and cheap. I was looking at Klin Korea towels they look pretty good but don’t know how to buy them whole sale, interested on what you guys think or have used!
We offer wholesale cases directly through our website in addition to smaller bundles for people not wanting quite as many. Of course we also offer many towels down to the individuals as well for detailing.
Most importantly, though, we actually have a "Business Pro-gram" designed specifically for people who run businesses (Including detailing operations) that gets you a specific discount code and other perks that are tied directly to your login at our site.
If you're curious, here are the details!
Good towels aren’t cheap. No matter how many you buy. Get into contact with The Rag Company and see if they offer bulk prices. But I don’t see them heavily discounting their towels too much.
Costco has a big pack that’s decent cheap. The Rag Company has the Creature Edgeless which is a “cheaper” end towel.
Detailing isn’t cheap. Neither are supplies. If you plan to offer quality work, charge accordingly and use quality products. If you want to offer cheap work, charge cheap and get cheap supplies (ie. Walmart towels).
Costco ones are not bad. May not last as long as the premium ones but they're good enough.
Look for a discount from TRC and buy what you need there. If you're looking for serious bulk, they have programs.
ahtowels.com
Hey, I would like to find a busan themed towel or South Korea is fine too. In europes costal cities with besches especially tourist favoured ones, usually alongside the coastline/beach there are a lot of shops for tourist where you can usually buy for example a towel with the places theme. Is this a thing here in Korea/Busan?
Let me know if my bathroom towel is okay. I am fully Korean and the towel have Korean too
There's one souvenir shop along Gwangan beach. Kind of in the middle, near the hotels.
Ok, definitely going to check that out, can't find it on naver maps tho🤔
[NAVER Map] Busan souvenirs Gwangalli 192-20 Gwangan-dong Suyeong-gu Busan https://naver.me/I5caDoo6
The tourist shop on Haeundae beach has bags and tshirts but not towels...maybe it isn't so much of a thing? There's also a tourist shop at the entrace of the coastal railway in Haeundae but again...no towels. Plenty of magnets tho!! If you're in Haeundae theres a hotel on dalmaji-gil called Hill Spa that has a souvenir shop and they may have towels...idk tho!!
Anyone get lucky scoring a QB in the South of France. I have a profile in Paris. So they only sell to locals? I will be buying some shoes and belts while I’m there.
I have a friend who shops in Cannes, and what she told me is that they don't do wish lists or anything. I don't really know how she got her Kelly 28...
Does anyone know if the St Barts store and the Cannes store are on the same profile?
Yes
Yes they are
To manage expectations re QBs: in both cities, they have many regular long-time local customers and attract tourists who can drop £50,000-70,000 in one go.
Came here to say this
Forget about Monaco… extremely difficult to score a QB there unless you’re a local
Cannes is hard, min 50k in summer. Monaco is harder than Cannes for sure. Nice is a franchise, not sure how they operate in terms of the pre-spend thing. The store is big and I found a lot of nice things there. St.Tropez is a joke, you can read their google comments. If you come in winter, there are better chances of course
Where to buy luxury towels
Key Considerations for Buying Luxury Towels:
Material: Look for towels made from high-quality materials such as Egyptian cotton, Turkish cotton, or bamboo. These materials are known for their softness, absorbency, and durability.
GSM (Grams per Square Meter): A higher GSM (around 600-900) indicates a thicker, more absorbent towel. Luxury towels typically fall within this range.
Size: Consider the size of the towels. Bath sheets are larger than standard bath towels and provide more coverage and comfort.
Brand Reputation: Research brands known for their luxury towels, as they often ensure better quality and craftsmanship.
Care Instructions: Check if the towels are machine washable and how they should be cared for to maintain their softness and absorbency.
Where to Buy:
Online Retailers: Websites like Amazon, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond offer a wide selection of luxury towels with customer reviews to help you choose.
Department Stores: Stores like Nordstrom, Macy's, and Bloomingdale's often carry high-end towel brands and may have exclusive collections.
Specialty Stores: Brands like Brooklinen, Parachute, and Coyuchi specialize in luxury home textiles and offer premium towels directly through their websites.
Home Goods Stores: Check out stores like Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn for high-quality options.
Recommendation: If you're looking for a well-reviewed option, consider towels from Boll & Branch or Matouk for their exceptional quality and luxurious feel. They often have sales or promotions, so keep an eye out for those!
