It honestly is not that far off my own character preferences all things considered. It is closer to my subjective taste than most average players understanding of the meta, at least.

I beat him first try with Myongest Gebura

Make sure you have someone (preferably Nikolai for the team wide Strength Buff) to redirect the Buffs from the hands (specifically target the Strength 3 and Power Null buffs) if you can afford to, target the Defence Buff as well

Myongest Gebura should win any clash she has, and you'll just need to kill both hands, in which he'll enter Phase 2 (and I think just stop for 1 turn while using Distorted Blade, where you can hit for free damage)..

Then, you'll have to kill both hands again (but only for 50 damage each), do it at the same time. He'll then use all actions to heal them, and that's your que to kill him.

Another good Page to use is Purple Tear in Defensive mode using Overcharge. The other 2 is up to you, maybe Blade Unlock Singleton Esther

did you make sure to redirect the buffs he gave to his hands away from them? also make sure the one that debuffs you with powernull to not go on your powerstacking character

you also can cheese his blocking phase with Learn abno card from Roland floor to copy his counter blocks, if you have anything that buff defense/block die you can pretty much guarantee he'll be staggered from the reflect

(despite still having yellow dice color, copied counter dice will work like normal ones)

In short that one solemn lament thing

In full: Try run the rabbit girl from r corp (for the prowess passive) with the gebura's page (for the strongest) so you can get +5 dice power

Bonus points if uou attribute both to someone on yesod's floor so they can take the forsaken murderer page that sets speed dice to 1 meaning all doce become infinite and solemn lament with +5 should just tear him down the first turn you can target him

Another fun build is purple tear defense stance with (someone correct me i think this is a little off) overcharge, leap, energy conversion, serpentine barrier and 1 bì àn as the lock from overcharge is a debuff which PT can't gain in defence stance (make sure to atribute the R corp suit passive)

Also make sure to redirect the bosses power null and buffs when needed

The list looks solid, but I want to suggest some changes, or ask for explanation with some things. I think eclipsea and vespera are 2 of the best damage dealers in the game. Imo better than satoria. Satoria is good for pvp because of aoe dmg, but it still doesn’t compare to vespera or eclipsea. Have you found something that makes satoria broken? Because I feel her a little underwhelming for a damage dealer (compared to vespera, eclipsea, and of course giselle).

Why is Sepia at A tier? Because it's hard to get her?

Neuvillette, Ganyu, Ayaka, Alhaitham, Childe. Any dps you like but those are some strong ones

Supports > on-field dmg dealers

And bennett, xingqiu, xiangling, fischl are strong and gotten from paimon’s bargains anyways, so no need to pull for any specific 5*

Neuvillette, alhaitham not far behind, but getting nahida and kazuha are also strong

I dont think Xiao is good at all in this Abyss unfortunately.

Itto however is a really good pick against wolflord and good for the other floors, I'd put him on the list instead (but lower)

As a long time Xiao main... he is nowhere near the top unfortunately, and has not been any more than just "decent" in any of the past few Abyss cycles.

Yes, he can clear 1st half, but so can any everyone else on the list at a much quicker speed.

Ayaka, Childe-XL vape, Raiden hypercarry/national are the best on 1st half.

Ganyu melt and Hu Tao w/ Zhongli are the best on the 2nd half.

These are the best teams if you don't want to reset/swap out characters or teams for specific chambers.

Ganyu CAs are no longer """broken""". A number of other teams can match her dmg faster or give more dps than her.

Ah yes, Ayaka Waifu vibes so powerful she made it on to the Abyss DPS list for her waifuness alone.

I can't say on best since I am limited in what characters we have, like most of us, I guess. My lucky pull who has been my main DPS is Diluc. He is pretty beast. I usually have him with Fishl and Barbs. The last spot I rotate depending. Xiaiangwhatever if want another fire. Chungyun sometimes(also helps Diluc if he is fighting fire stuff). Sometimes Venti. IDK, I switch it up a lot.

I gotta say, the pair I had the most fun with was Barbara paired with Chungyun. It's fun to see him freeze and shatter everything when Barb's water thingie is up. They synergize really well. An electric character like Fischl is good with them for the Superconduct or w/e it's called with ice that lowers enemy defense.

I would like to use the Traveler more. I hate him as Geo. I do like him as wind and his palm burst ability is sorta fun. But Venti seems like her ability is a little better and she is already wind and as a DPS I feel characters like Razor would be better.

although I personally also struggled with her, finding Lady Ethereal much harder than Eigong is.... intriguing.

Solid list, but I’d put Eigong over Lady Ethereal, and Yanlao/claw below Goumang, the claw was by far the easiest boss imo. Also I’d put the Fengs over Ji, but they’re pretty similar in difficulty.

Razor, the absolute madlad goes WILD, tho Mona is slowly winning me over when I co-op.

Her fighting style alone is what provides consistent dps, also she innately excels at crit damage so building her with crit rate and attack helps even more with her dps

Her skill is great for closing in on the enemy and her ultimate uses only 40 energy which makes it spammable

Stat wise, its very high, i even use her healing sword and still finish end game easily, thus she is not only deadly but also near unkillable

She is truly an excellent fighter, if not possibly the best fighter in this game
