How to Farm Artifacts in Genshin Impact

TL;DR

  • Use daily artifact routes and elite mob drops for consistent farming.
  • Prioritize leveling 4-star artifacts if you're not ready for high-level domains.
  • Utilize co-op mode for easier domain runs.

Daily Artifact Routes

One efficient way to farm artifacts is by following daily artifact routes. These routes involve collecting artifacts from specific locations across the map, often marked by sparkle spots or treasure investigations. Players have reported gaining around 90k worth of artifact XP daily through a 16-minute route [1:5]. You can find these routes on platforms like YouTube, which provide detailed guides on where to collect artifacts without using resin [1:4].

Elite Mobs and Domains

Fighting elite mobs such as Fatui agents, mitachurls, and lawachurls can yield 3-star and 4-star artifacts [1:6]. Additionally, running artifact domains is essential for obtaining higher-tier artifacts. While these domains require resin, they are the primary source of 5-star artifacts. If you’re struggling with higher-level domains, consider leveling up your 4-star artifacts to +16, as they can be fed into better artifacts later while retaining most of the XP [2:1].

Co-op Mode

For players who find it challenging to clear domains alone, co-op mode is a valuable resource. Joining forces with other players can make tackling difficult domains more manageable. High-level players often join co-op sessions, providing an opportunity to complete domains that might otherwise be too challenging [2:3], [2:5].

Artifact Crafting and Events

Keep an eye out for events that allow for artifact crafting or selection. These events occasionally let players craft perfect pieces or select specific sets and main stats, offering a break from the usual RNG grind [3:4], [3:5]. Participating in these events can significantly enhance your characters' gear without relying solely on domain farming.

Managing Expectations and Resources

Artifact farming can be frustrating due to its reliance on RNG. It’s important to manage expectations and understand that average artifacts are often sufficient for most content [5:5]. Additionally, balancing resin usage between artifact farming and other resources is crucial, as resin is limited [5:9]. Consider using 4-star artifacts with good sub-stats to complete sets when necessary, as they can sometimes outperform poorly rolled 5-star pieces [5:10].

Honestly other than opening chests, just do domains for 5* artifacts. You’ll always get some lower tier stuff with them.

There are tons of spots throughout the world that will give you artifacts. The little sparkle spots, sometimes they give you artifacts or mora or weapons, there are tons of people who make routes or pointed out which ones will give you artifacts so it doesn't have to be a resin thing, but it will be time-consuming.

You can get around 90k worth of artifact xp every day through 16 minute artifact routes. If you're short on artifact xp just do that and you'll get full +20 teams in no time

The one I use is pretty similar to this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4S6rTFKlEw you can find a lot more by searching "artifact route"

Some on youtube get a few extra spots with canon shots or chasing tanukis in inazuma but I don't bother with those. If you use a route with 120+ spots it's good.

I recommend using Kaeya + Rosaria + Sayu + another anemo to keep things fast for the sprinting stamina reduction + anemo movement speed resonance + movement speed bonus at night + Sayu's alternate sprint

Also you can use the glide speed gadget if you have it.

Occasionally the elite mobs (Fatui agents, mitachurls, lawachurls, etc) drop them.

Treasure investigations for lots of 1* and few 2*

And have a daily route of fighting elite mobs like Hillachurla and ruin guards. I’ve noticed I get more 3* and 4* artifact drops since 2.3

How to farm artifacts without artifacts?

Posted by Larcla · in r/Genshin_Impact · 2 years ago

So I've recently hit ar45 and thought that I should maybe start farming artifacts. I soon noticed though that, since I don't have any good artifacts yet, I'm wayyy too weak for the higher level domains. What should I do now? Go for 4 star artifacts first and then try with the 5 stars? I don't want to waste resin if possible, since I'm f2p. Do you guys have any tips?

leveled purps and blues are fine to wear as you're farming. don't be afraid to level your artifacts as there are daily routes for "trash" artifacts that can be used to burn on upgrading your gear.

Or go co-op.

It is best to use coop. There will be ar 60 joining.

Also, world boss and weekly boss should began to drop some 5-star gladiator and Wanderer before you reached 45. You should also have 4-star berserker, instructor, exile and other set pieces. Choose better ones and level them to +16. Replace them slowly.

Just max level your best 4 star artifacts (lvl 16) You can feed them to better artifacts later and retain 80% of the exp

Also make sure you have lvl 80 weapons and at least lvl 6 on relevant talents

Edit: don’t spend resin on 4 star artifacts. Just use whatever pieces you have with correct main stats. Don’t worry about set bonuses. Only set bonuses worth farming at 4 star is VV and you can get it from strong box

If im not wrong, i cant remember but i think you can get dungeon keys from the mana crystal exchange shop (4 a day), and you can also get them from completing challenges (some of them will give you dungeon keys iirc)

But to get more artifacts, its mostly gates and dungeons tbh... of course gates usually drop shit artifacts, but i think thats the nature of the game

Also try to get the artifact selection boxes from doing your instance/encore dungeons. I think after 60, you get a artifact selection box every 15 entries into the dungeons.

You get 12 keys per day on reset and then you can use mana crystal exchange for another 4 per day. Then if you REALLY wanted you can convert Essence Stones in to keys but I wouldn't recommend that unless you're gonna whale

I feel you man it’s tough. They do an event every month or two that lets you make the perfect piece of gear. You usually get to make like 3-4 pieces. That’s usually when you can optimize your characters.

what event is this?

Momo111181 · 4 months ago

I’m not sure what the event is called but it was just confirmed on the Japanese stream that they will be doing a permanent artifact crafting feature released during the anni updates. If it’s like the event then you basically pick the set you want, the main stat you want and roll to substrates you want. There is still some RNG when you lvl up the gear. Save your enhancement chips though because the event drains those. More to come with the English stream. If you’re new I recommend waiting for Zaff or Payne to make a video on the gear recommendations for the event.

Artifactmaxxing guide:

Reserve 240 low tier mana crystals daily for keys

Buy the guild shop key’s every monday

Always accept the pack advertisement for the 4 keys for 80 gold pack

Light team is good for left side farming

Use your selectors on either what you need most of (usually expert or curse pieces) or what you need the most (a specific set like OHKO for Kanae or obsidian or Iron Will for Andre)

Would love to hear other strategies though.

Not really. They need something to keep you logging in each day. Artifact grind is what you do when you finish your talents, weapon, and ascension. It has nothing to do with forcing you to top up. They even have a limit to how many refreshes you can do. So if it really was about the money they wouldn’t have a limit where allowed.

A player needs something to spend resin on and there’s a finite amount you need for everything else. So artifacts has the rng.

It gets a lot easier. I don’t do refreshes but have a nice variety of good enough artifacts where I can clear abyss with a variety of different teams. It just takes time but it’s a single player game there’s no rush

Day 1 player. I used to max refresh every day up until version 3.0. In no shape, way, or form am I a whale. Artifact farming is literally the only way to progress your character past 10/10/10 talents, so if you like progressing in games, they know you'll drop those primos. What is the point of playing a game with no progression?

It’s more psychologically BS than it is actual BS. Average/above average artifacts are good enough for the hardest content and don’t take too long to farm. It’s just that browsing the internet makes people feel inadequate when they see people sharing their builds where every piece has at minimum 45 CV

Yeah took me a while to learn that using a 4star piece that completes a set and has decent subs, is sometimes better than farming for that last 5star.

I m new f2p player, 100 days active probably 50hrs time. At this point I m tired. Levelling up and some 4 star weapons was easy at lower levels, now I don't even I have the recommended 4 star weapons and the artifact have to be good to fight at higher levels. I spent last 3 days (around 20 runs on emblem domain) farming for xiangling, still my xiangling is doodoo. I had some resin left yesterday but i m bored at this point, even if I got more resin it's boring doing the same domain hundred times to get decent. Weapon and artifacts are worse for occasional f2p player.

thats not why they do it. Artifacts are the biggest source of dmg for pretty much any dmg dealer. They are more impactful then cons to the point where if u had a c6 five stars with a really shit build, a c0 very well invested 5 star dps could easily out dmg them. If they made grinding artifacts very easy, ppl would be less inclined to pull for cons since you'd easily be able to get 50 cv artifacts, and at that point, why bother getting cons or weapons. So they really just make the artifact system shit to incentivise ppl to pull on cons and weapons, not bcuz they specifically want ppl to refill their resin

What's Your Strategy for Grinding Artifacts?

Posted by NobleBear · in r/Genshin_Impact · 4 years ago

THE BACKGROUND
There are sets my main team would benefit from, but they require elements I have characters for, but not enough good artifacts, and those artifacts I do have need leveling. My perception is that I'm in a kind of paradox: how do I get the stuff I need without already having the stuff I need.

While I feel, stuck, I know I don't have to be, there's always a best fit solution in the game and I'm just not seeing it. So I turn to you, the helpful members of this community.

THE ACTUAL QUESTION

How do you, personally, go about grinding for artifacts?

Is there a Domain that required an element you didn't have a character or well-prepared character for? Did you work around it? How?

I have decided on a domain that I will farm for one/multiple of my characters. I log in, do my commissions, and then spend my resin. I +4 some of them to see if I get good ones, if I do, I +20. If I don't, I move on to either the event or exit the game.

you don't NEED to stick to the recommended element for domains. it's merely a suggestion. you can clear any domain with any character

7 upvotes on reddit
NobleBear · OP · 4 years ago

Maybe what I need to learn then are better tactics. Right now, I basically brute force my way through, grinding characters to 5-10 levels higher than the domain level, with DPS and elemental reactions then able to bridge the difference. It's sloppy and inefficient, but most of the time, it gets the job done. It feels like I'm kind of imposing my will on the game, rather than gleaning a more comprehensive understanding and working within the mechanics better.

1 upvotes on reddit
yeetedhaws · 4 years ago

What domain level are you doing?

You will be underprepared for lvl 90 domains until you get good artifacts. Brute force is how you deal with it until you are geared up. At that point it becomes easy.

Personal example: unlocked lvl 90 thundering fury domain, had to use potions and could barely clear it at first, did the crimson witch domain to equip klee and now the thundering fury domain is a cake walk.

2 upvotes on reddit
heartwiredd · 4 years ago

i'm not sure what characters you have, but try to get elemental reactions going as much as possible.

my main team is usually diluc, chongyun, xingqiu, and bennett. i'll open with xingqiu abilities, swap to bennett to ult & vaporize, then to diluc to ult & vaporize, then chongyun to melt/freeze, back to diluc to continue vaporizing and just whack them to death until cds are back up.

also make sure you're keeping your talents leveled & your weps, as character ascension lvl isn't the only factor to dmg

also, i personally don't spam artifact domains. i try to get a good main stat and one decent substat then i just fully lvl that arti. it's going to take 12093812098312 years for anyone to get a COMPLETELY perfect set of artifacts so i think it's unrealistic to expect them right away. even with lvl 20 shit artifacts, you're going to clear the game much easier than lvl 0 artis

What counts as a bad/good Artifact when farming for 5 stars?

Posted by ShadowRockstar25 · in r/Genshin_Impact · 6 months ago

Ok to paint the picture on where I’m at in the game, I’m AR47, haven’t finished Inuzuma and still doing story and world quest in both Mondstadt and Liyue. So basically I’m taking my time with my progress while trying to catch up in other ways. Right now I’m in no way good enough to farm for 5 star artifacts (I tried, made it but lucked out) but I still wanted to know what stats should I look for to get a good artifact in the future. At this point ANY 5 Star artifact is good to have but that doesn’t mean I’m going to enhance every one I get.

Also if there are any other tips to improve my gameplay I would love to hear it. Also if possible I would like to know if farming for 4 stars for the time being is even worth it. Thank you so much.

Edit: I would like to thank everyone for helping me better understand 5 star artifacts and what to look for and everything. I also would like to thank everyone for answering my questions regarding other topics. I might make a post showcasing my Character as to get a better idea what what to work with in terms of improving. I’ll also add more context to my gameplay situation to assure I’m not wasting anyone’s time. I have been recommended by pretty much everyone on the same link so I will definitely check that out. Again thank you again and I hope your next pull gives you a 5 star character.

Late reply is late, because Reddit only decided to show me this post now, But I just wanted to add a note that I don't think anyone pointed out yet. Even if the artifacts you find don't have the ideal stats, you shouldn't hesitate to level them. It's not a wasted expenditure. When you get one with better stats you can use the old artifact to level the new and you'll get around 80% of the leveling back. And in the meantime you'll benefit from the improved stats on the old one.

Before farming for artifacts make sure you finish building your characters, talents, weapons, levels til you can final ascend before farming artifacts . These are the things that give you guarantees stats. I know you're asking about artifacts as artifacts give us Gacha release , but make sure your characters are built properly first.

Here let me see if I can simplify it down a bit.

Basically, you can build a character to a useable state for the over world just by getting the right mainstat with the right set. And with 1 - 2 correct substats per piece, they should be good enough to at least pull their weight in most non-endgame content.

So if u just want to build specific characters, stop here, look up guides for said character and follow those instead.

For general case artifacts that don't have an owner yet, what you typically want to start with are main stats and whether it makes sense with the set and/or the substats.

For example a Def% mainstat piece, with atk% and flat atk and hp subs don't work together. So the piece is trash. With main stat - set, its a point against the piece, eg: def% on an atk set, but with good enough substats, it can still function as an off piece so it can still have value.

Typically elemental bonus cups (esspecially with 1-2 good subs), crit circlets (esspecially if the other crit stat is in the sub), EM pieces (typically with ER or 1-2 good subs) or ER hourglasses (with 1-2 good subs) are keepers. Others will require more thinking on who can actually use it.

After main stat we look at substats. Typically, crit rate + crit dmg pieces should be kept since you will need a ton for building dps characters, even as off pieces. ER is another almost universally useful substat and for a support set piece can be more valuble than getting crit. Aside from those rule of thumbs, you really just have to look at the overall combination of stats and think. Who can actually use this combination of main stat + sub stat (and set tho as mention its a bonus rather than dealbreaker). And it doesn't have to be every stat, but at least 1 - 2 of the 4 sub stats should bring value to the character. If you can name someone who can use that combination of stats, and you may want to build them or someone like them, then keep it. And when rolling, you want to at least hit those value adding sub stats at least a few times. Otherwise, its still quite a lackluster piece.

Like I know its alot, but that because the different characters all want slightly different things to be good. So there isn't really a one size fits all solution with it comes to artifacts for all characters.

What may help is to perhaps take a look at the existing characters and look at trends for stat scaling vs element and role. Like dpses typically want crits. Geo character are basically the only ones scaling with def while hydro often wants hp. But unless you have exact characters in mind, there isn't really many concrete things to look for.

1 upvotes on reddit
S
sir_aphim · 6 months ago

You'll get a feel for it over time.

First you want to look at main stats. Crit circlets are typically useful, as are elemental cups since those are the only pieces that can have those mains stats. The hourglass is typically either the stat the character scales on, ER if the character relies on their burst alot. There are exceptions to those rules like if a character relies purely on reactions you can replace all 3 piece mainstat with EM. And as a healer, healing bonus circlet makes sense as well. And some buffers only care about stacking a specific stat to gibe the biggest buff possible, so you triple main stat that stat. With those in mind, good crit circlets, elemental cups, and EM/ER main stat pieces are quite rare so you typically want to keep those. For hourglass or other mainstat pieces, I only typically keep if they make sense with the set and/or the substats are really good. (For use as an off piece)

Next, you want to look at substats and the artifact set. Typically artifacts are divided into support, dps sets.

Support sets are usually easy to farm for. Typically, ER is universally desirable here. Past that, it depends on the units being built, but you want the stat that they primarily scale on (atk, hp, def etc) And finally, EM isn't a bad choice for characters that proc reaction. So for example a character like Kokomi, you would probably want ER and HP% first and formost, then EM if available. And would want to be built on a support set such as one of the healer sets.

For DPS sets, typically, crit (rate and dmg) are universally desirable. After that, you typically want some combination of the stat they scale on, ER for burst up time and EM for reactions. The exact ideal mix would depend on the particular character and the set effects. But a typical dps like say Clorinde would want a good balance of crit rate - crit dmg (at roughly a 1:2 ratio), atk% (the stat she scales on), ER for getting her burst back up (up to a point, you also don't want too much ER since its a waste of stats to recharge her burst before thr CD is even over) and whatever is left over, grab EM for better reaction dmg.

Please keep in mind that everyone's advice regarding 'good artifacts' is with respect to what they are doing currently as end game players. You are still new, AR47. Initially you only need to worry about the correct artifact set bonus and correct main stats on the pieces. If substats are favorable its just a bonus. You can use lvl 16 artifacts, and it will be more than sufficient. As you progress, levelling your characters to 80(out of 90) and levelling their important talents is going to be more helpful, as it has no luck involved.
Even after you reach endgame (AR60) i did recommend not falling too deep into the artifact hell hole(rerolling for unicorn pieces) but at that point you will atleast be making decisions knowingly.

Wrt to tips, i guess the most important is to have fun so keep doing what you are enjoying the most in the game lol.
Some basic precautions which others might not have touched upon. Be careful with your resources such as mora and xp books. Be mindful of spending wishes for a character, only because everyone says they are good (without knowing if the said character actually synergizes with your current and future characters). Try to use co op feature for domains/bosses etc. it might save some time. Could also help make some friends with other newer players, and you can help each other.

So far I’ve done what I’m suppose to do right. But I might make a post to show what characters I have so I get an idea on making a better team. I know this post is about artifacts, but I believe I need help with other stuff. So far I’m ok but I’m just getting by with what I got and hoping it at least helps me progress. Actually, stats you need to watch out varies from set to set and also the characters. But in general, look out for crit stats! They're quite universal and even in wrong sets, work well as off-pieces :)

Oh and for VV (green artifact set in Mondstadt, paired with pink artifact set), elemental mastery, attack and energy recharge will be your best pal. The number of characters that are waiting for good artifacts in that domain are crazy. A lot of anemo characters love that set.

Thank you for your tip :). So far the only Ameno characters I have that isn’t the Traveler are ones I can’t even farm for yet since their materials are in parts of the map and can’t reach yet.

20 characters and that’s pretty much my luck lol.

RIP 😭 I would love to help but nobody is in the server I'm in so 😅

Oh and if you're in Inazuma (I'm not sure which part of the timeline), I need to warn you about this one domain. The artifact set is called Emblem of Severed Fate (or something similar, it's black and purple, the other set is white and red). This domain, is extremely cursed. You will lose your mind before you get a good artifact. Have fun farming (this is where the pain begins :D)!

Most Efficient Way to Farm Artifacts?

Posted by LO10K · in r/Genshin_Impact · 3 years ago

I’ve been trying to make a god-like Yanfei for the past couple of weeks and have been farming crimson witch. She’s better now than before but nowhere close to where I want her. What’s the best way to go about getting god-tier artifacts?

Run domains until you die and hope for the best. You can create condensed resins to have less trips. But other than advise on how not to die while doing it that's all I got.

I've put more time into farming Crimson Witch than any other artifact and still have a miserable set. Hell, my best EM set is actually a crimson witch 4 piece that is better than my best VV Em set by almost 150 points. Kind of sad tbh.

Keep slapping the domain with resins till it gives in. Then slaughtering enough potentially good artifacts to get that final good rolled one.

Just like raising a venemous gu in a jar.

A guide on artifacts that could help?

Posted by Advanced_Cover_7538 · in r/EggsInc · 4 months ago

So for the couple months I’ve been playing this game I’ve been pretty much completely ignoring artifacts and reached up to Ai egg before doing a big prestige for couple billion soul eggs. I’ve just starting focusing on crafting and artifact missions. I have zero information on what artifacts I should be targeting and trying to get for contracts and stuff like that. Any suggestions comments and help for more experienced players n whatnot. (I am ftp at this point which ik makes the game take years longer).

As previously mentioned. Don’t craft yet. Wait for the last ship. Just send shorts for now to rank up to the next ship. Don’t do targeted missions for now.

So just send out the shortest ones no target for now till the last ship?

Yep. Short missions only. Maybe through an extended or two in when you get to a new ship.

You won’t need to touch crafting until much much later. It’s a waste of GE for you right now.

Like all the other commenters said, don't craft till the last ship. This is because each successive ship will give you better artifacts than you can craft with the previous ship, and it only takes a few months to get to the last one sending shorts.

As to artifacts, this is a pretty good guide: https://egg-inc.fandom.com/wiki/Artifacts#Recommended_Sets

As is this one once you get to the last ship: https://www.reddit.com/r/EggsInc/comments/13tknv2/artifacts_crafting_guide/#lightbox.

The most useful sets, in order imo:

Dilithium set: slot the most dilithium stones you can in artifacts you aren't using for other sets. This increases the duration of your boosts, up to an additional 150% (e.g 10 mins becomes 25 mins)

IHR: a chalice and monocle (and gusset) to speed up how quickly your habs fill

Prestige/earnings: use smart assistant to find your best set, this will constantly evolve. But it boosts your soul egg gain. You will also use some of these artifacts just to increase your earnings, so two chickens with one stone.

Contract set: basically an IHR set plus a tachyon, and eventually a metronome and compass. Contracts are how you'll earn GE, so they're important. Starting out, getting to max habs is the most important thing, so focus on the IHR and dilithium set and boost.

Tips for staying sane farming artifacts

Posted by smarmbot · in r/Genshin_Impact · 4 years ago

I seem to find this process less painful than others. Changes from Mihoyo would help, but in the meantime:

-Only farm artifacts when you have 5 condensed resin. (A few disappointing sessions per week is better than a disappointing session every day.)

-Try to be in the mindset of expecting fodder and being pleasantly surprised when something useful drops. (Fodder is necessary, after all.)

-Keep a stock of good Exile / Glad sets around for chars you haven't farmed for individually yet. Mix and match to combine their universally useful 2-piece bonuses. (This can obviously apply to other sets but these are frequent boss drops.)

-Have higher standards for substats on Flowers and Feathers. (Because their main stats are set and they can roll both Crit Rate and Crit Damage.)

-Have lower substat standards for Circlets and Sands. (Because of main stat variance and a smaller pool of good substats.)

-Have no substat standards for on-set Goblets of the right element. (Crimson Witch pyro goblet is rare enough that bad substats don't matter.)

-Expect the Goblet to be the single off-set piece in a character's loadout.

the best thing you can do for circlets, goblets and sands is to always look at the mainstat first

if the mainstat is shit, dont even look at the substats. that way you're saving yourself the frustration of getting an artifact with great substats that you cant use cause the mainstat is garbage

If you never played any grinding game before especially for endgame content

And if you think you gonna go insane with this bullshit system

Better stop and do other things

No no

I m not talking about stop artifacts farming

Rather than stop playing the game itself

The game is designated this way and mhy know what they doing

So if you keep stressing over something like this

Just stop before you smash your keyboard or monitor or throw your phone

Honestly, I never understood this. Why would you rage at a single player game? You can go at your own pace. Other multiplayer MMORPG Games have both pvp and mandated co-op pve (dungeons, raids) so I understand that there are chances to get mad at your randomly choosen team.

That being said, only time I got mad in Genshin was in Abyss because of those damn fucking vishap hachlings. I just stopped doing Abyss.

I play games in my free time to have fun in this mundane life. If it stresses me out, why tf would I waste my time on it? That's why I don't understand most of LoL players. Why play something that will make you rage while also dealing with shit in life that makes you mad. Kinda like stockholm syndrome.

Lose-lose situation.

When you address it out

Even idk why i keep playing this game

Idk what is rng untill i play genshin, and when i know about it, it makes me feel rage when something doesnt go my way

As for the abyss, if you are talking about raging, i dont smash my keyboard, throw my mouse or punch the monitor

I just keep smacking rhe desk/table instead

But something keeps me playing the game is maybe i m coping with it

Its like when people say "dude, you are in deep copium"

I guess you can say i am

As for LoL, i m still newbie to the game, but i used to play moba in mobile, the pain of solo ranking is nothing new to me

So yeah, you could say why people still play the games they hated its because they want to play the game, but if something doesnt go their way

They just mald, rage, and cope

More or less stages of grief but in physical form

Like irl too

This is exactly what to do when playing rage games. I played DS3 a year back, and I had to frequently shut off the PC since I kept raging.

also, it helps me psychologically to first upgrade weapons, talents, and character levels for characters that I want to work on. After these upgrades are made, there's nothing else left for me to spend resin on, so getting shitty artifacts doesn't feel like a waste of resin. Not to mention that these upgrades have far less RNG and progress is guaranteed

Best advice you can get is this. Personally I go Weapons > Levels > Talents > Artifacts when working on new characters.

Working on Yoimia right now after having gotten her at 13 pity. And her weapon in ~50 rolls.

Grind all characters you use to 80/90, lvl 8+ talents, lvl 90 weapons. Then you have nothing else to spend resin on anyway so getting at least something is fine

How to farm artifacts in genshin impact

Key Considerations for Farming Artifacts in Genshin Impact

  1. Domains of Blessing:

    • Focus on farming specific domains that drop the artifact sets you want. Notable domains include:
      • Valley of Remembrance for Gladiator's Finale and Wanderer's Troupe.
      • Hidden Palace of Zhou Formula for Shimenawa's Reminiscence and Emblem of Severed Fate.
    • Make sure to complete these domains on higher world levels for better drop rates.
  2. Weekly Bosses:

    • Defeat weekly bosses like Stormterror, Andrius, Childe, and Raiden Shogun. They drop high-quality artifacts and can provide specific set pieces.
  3. World Bosses:

    • Farm world bosses like Geo Hypostasis, Anemo Hypostasis, and others for additional artifact drops.
  4. Treasure Chests:

    • Open chests scattered throughout Teyvat. Some chests reward artifacts directly, while others may contain materials to enhance your artifacts.
  5. Events and Quests:

    • Participate in limited-time events and complete quests, as they often reward artifacts or materials needed for artifact enhancement.
  6. Resin Management:

    • Use Original Resin wisely. Prioritize domains and bosses that yield the best artifacts for your characters. Consider using condensed resin for more efficient farming.

Recommendations:

  • Set Goals: Identify which artifact sets are best for your characters and focus your farming efforts on those.
  • Enhancement: Once you acquire artifacts, enhance them using materials obtained from defeating bosses and completing domains.
  • Artifact Rarity: Aim for 5-star artifacts for the best stats, but don't overlook 4-star artifacts, especially for early game or specific builds.

By following these strategies, you'll maximize your efficiency in farming artifacts and improve your characters' performance in Genshin Impact!
