Have you been on it? The lack of restraints on Phoenix is something that doesn't come through watching a video. I wouldn't say it's my #1 either but I can see how a case can be made.

You literally cannot understand Phoenix from a video. It does it 0 justice. Phoenix is one of the most INSANE and OUT OF CONTROL ride experiences in the world. The restraint leaves you with maybe a foot of room between you and the bar, and every single hill sends you flying in a way that feels dangerous. I've ridden Phoenix, Mystic Timbers, and Voyage, and Phoenix beats both during the day (Voyage at night beats Phoenix by a lot and it's not even close though.)

I mean it's a great ride, video doesn't do it justice. But it ain't the Voyage, or Toro, or Ghostrider...

I thought Stardust would win best new coaster, Monsters best installation, and Ministry family attraction. Guess they wanted to honor Danse Macbre and this was consolation?

I knew in my heart Stardust would likely take best new coaster, but I’m still a bit disappointed AlpenFury didn’t steal it.

Love Phoenix but always confused why so many GTA voters put it at #1.

They do indeed ride them. After the awards ceremony they had the park to themselves from 9:30- till a little after 11pm. I wasn't lucky enough to be inside for the event, but was out in the employee parking lot waiting on my roommate to get off work. Fury 325 went into a full fledged power hour

To visit - Go to tribal museum , Upper lake . Bhopal is all about drives. If you have car - Drive through KD dam , Kerwa Dam . If you have time you can go to Kolar dam and have tea at Jungle Brooks ( Call them up to reserve)

Your choices are all over the place. You have SUVs and supercars in the same list. It sounds like you don't even know what you want exactly and are just shooting scattergun.

Also it's a really dumb idea if you can't afford to drop 700k-1M cash. If you NEED financing to buy the car (ie you're not choosing financing for the sake of leveraging your money into investments) then you're stretching yourself beyond your means and the first sign of financial troubles will leave you having to sell your car urgently at a loss.

Janet Lim-Napoles is the textbook example of how public money + secrecy + friendly officials = scandal. She was convicted in a high-profile money-laundering/pork-barrel case that sparked nationwide outrage and reforms and people still use her name as shorthand for what not to do. Napoles proved that when the state, media and whistleblowers align then secrecy collapses fast. And jail, fines, asset forfeiture and reputation collapse follow. So rule #1 for anyone who wants to be “invisible” but legal: don’t build a business model that depends on opaque public kickbacks or fake NGOs. It’ll blow up... promise.

Today the Discaya story is the fresh reminder: big flood-control contracts, flash cars on social media and now probes into customs and supplier ties. These are all the ingredients of a modern public scandal. Recent reporting shows customs and other agencies looking into luxury imports and contractor links. If you flash ill-gotten lifestyle, expect official attention and public fury. Kaya simpol lang: showy lifestyle + government money = a target. Period.

So if the goal is to keep your family safe, prosperous and legal and to avoid the Napoles/Discaya fate then the core lifestyle changes are boring but effective: run transparently, govern professionally and stop pretending legalities are boring bookkeeping. Incorporate properly, hire real independent auditors, publish credible accounts and avoid conflicts of interest with government officials. When processes are clean and third-party checked then whistleblowers and auditors have less to work with and you also reduce legal risk. This is not “hiding”... this is making your life legally bulletproof. For good governance and beneficial-ownership transparency there’s now global momentum and guidance that makes secrecy harder as governments and international groups are tightening rules.

Don’t be the family that buys 28 luxury cars and posts them. That’s practically a press release to investigators. Keep compensation and purchases proportionate to documented income. If you want discretion, use legitimate wealth-management channels: documented loans, investment accounts with reputable banks, licensed trust services, professional estate planning and a clear paper trail. These are normal tools used by families who want privacy without illegality. Privacy ≠ secrecy. Privacy + compliance = resilience. (And yes, be humble on socials the internet remembers everything and it’s sticky as Bazooka buble gum.)

On tax and asset structure: use professional tax planning and fiduciaries: CPAs, tax lawyers and licensed trust companies. Consider diversified holdings (operating companies + passive holding companies + proper estate instruments) so ownership and control are clean, documented and defensible. Avoid offshore secrecy structures built solely to dodge taxes or hide crime; international transparency initiatives (OECD, FATF, etc.) make simplistic secrecy brittle. Legal tax efficiency is about using rules transparently & not hiding them.

If your worry is “what if politics turns on me” then geographic diversification helps. Having some legal residency, bank relations and investments outside the Philippines can insulate family wealth from local shocks but it’s not a magic cloak. Popular destinations for Filipinos seeking stronger rule-of-law and predictable courts include Singapore (business hub, strict rule of law), Canada and New Zealand (stable legal systems, family immigration paths) and some European options for residency or retirement. Each country has different tax, reporting, and immigration rules and moving money or people legally requires the right visas, full disclosure, and tax filings. Don’t try to skip any of those steps; reputable jurisdictions will ask questions and share information with the Philippines under treaties.

Generational wealth is boring work: steadiness over flash. Focus on cashflow businesses that survive downcycles, diversified investments (stocks, bonds, real assets), clear succession plans and education for heirs about stewardship and ethics. Use family constitutions, shareholder agreements and trusts (set up with local and foreign counsel) to lock in governance and prevent family fights that eat up the estate. Teach the next gen to hate secrecy and love compliance. In practice families who last multi-generationally do less bragging and more paperwork. Real sexy noh? but it works.

Reputation management matters. When accusations fly, the public narrative often decides your fate faster than courts. Invest in good PR but more importantly invest in transparency: proactively publish audited summaries of contracts, declare donations and political ties and avoid sole-source deals with the government. When you make everything tidy critics have less to pounce on. The Napoles case showed that once documents leak and beneficiaries are named reputations implode fast.

Practical prophylaxis (short, plain):

• never structure revenue around public officials’ discretionary funds
• require tenders and open bids
• document procurement and performance with independent third-party evidence
• get audited annually by reputable firms
• segregate family and business roles with clear job descriptions and paid, competent managers
• limit public ostentation
• maintain legitimate, traceable banking and tax filings.

These are not hacks... they’re the boring AF manual for staying legal and wealthy. Again: don’t be Napoles. Don’t be Discaya.
