TL;DR
Porsche Models
Porsche continues to be a favorite among luxury car enthusiasts, with specific models like the GT4RS and 996 Turbo receiving high praise. These models are noted for their performance and design, appealing particularly to those who have a penchant for driving excellence and aesthetics [4:1]. The brand's reputation for quality engineering and luxury makes it a top contender in the luxury car market.
German Engineering
German cars are often synonymous with luxury, and they remain a popular choice for those seeking high-end vehicles. Brands like Porsche, BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz are known for their superior craftsmanship, innovative technology, and luxurious features. This reputation is highlighted in discussions about the best cars from Germany on platforms like Cars & Bids [4].
Performance and Design
Luxury cars in 2024 continue to emphasize both performance and design. Models that offer a blend of speed, handling, and aesthetic appeal are particularly sought after. The Porsche GT4RS, for example, is celebrated not just for its looks but also for its driving dynamics, making it a favorite among car enthusiasts [4:1].
Market Trends
The luxury car market in 2024 shows a trend towards integrating advanced technology with traditional luxury elements. Features such as electric drivetrains, autonomous capabilities, and enhanced connectivity are becoming more prevalent, even in high-end models. This shift reflects a broader industry move towards sustainability and innovation while maintaining the luxury experience.
Considerations Beyond the Discussions
When choosing a luxury car, it's important to consider factors such as personal preference, budget, and intended use. Test-driving different models, researching reviews, and consulting with experts can provide valuable insights into which car might best suit your needs and lifestyle.
Honestly I reckon GoA the gameplay was really fun
The fighting and socializing was nice. But compared to previous opus, farming, cooking, forging and crafting was very watered down and extremely simplified
Combat mechanics, sure. But the other systems were ass. They made it too simplistic.
4/4S.
Rune Factory 4. Everything felt polished and well thought out (except for triggering Act 3).
Didn't RF4S fix that?
I think so, I don't remember struggling to trigger the third arc when I played on Switch
I remember it feeling very clunky, honestly.
Rune Factory 4 Special.
Guardians of Azuma, but not by a strong lead, honestly. The combat was the best the series has ever been, and the village management was fresh. Inventory management overhaul was a huge QoL improvement.
I do find myself missing the crafting from previous games quite a bit though.
I also enjoyed the overhaul to relationship mechanics, but found myself greatly missing town events featuring non bachelor NPCs and the goofiness in general.
I don't understand how a hot wheels collector has pristine white chairs and table
I thought we all lived by hoarder code 😅
lol
Talk about silver lining...
I think I hit puberty just before turning 13, first wet dream was 9 days before turning 13. My tanner stage is now 4.3 - 4.5
I also have a question.
I recently ( around a year ago) started to grow pubic hair on my thigs and this area in general it's still getting more noticeable though, it got noticeable around 6 months ago.
And, I had armpit hair at 12...
yep you’re def near ur adult height
😢my dad is 6'2 188 cm
my mom is 165 cm
i was pretty tall all my life
will not make me GROW taller though
You probably have 2-3 inches left. I see 6'1 as possible and you could be 6'2.
But 1 cm in 3 months is brutal
yeah if that stays steady that's 4cm in a year. 1.5-2 without dropping too much which is somewhat realistic.
These guys banter like two IT guys who battle at work over different solution approaches and have some built up resentment from their way not being chosen.
I love these episodes. Kennan for the win here. GT4RS and a beautiful 996 Turbo. I might be biased though because I’m a Porsche guy 😆
maya finally met the world
she's bloody earned this
YESSSSSSSSS!!!
I wonder if her and farkle interacted cause he was there as well
He was on stage during Conan gray performance
he's one of her best friends, i'd assume they interacted.
Love the fit!
I'm so happy for Sabrina. I can't wait to see the trajectory of her career.
i love this dress
Deserved, she’s the best in the pop game and the best in at least a decade it feels like

Have you been on it? The lack of restraints on Phoenix is something that doesn't come through watching a video. I wouldn't say it's my #1 either but I can see how a case can be made.
You literally cannot understand Phoenix from a video. It does it 0 justice. Phoenix is one of the most INSANE and OUT OF CONTROL ride experiences in the world. The restraint leaves you with maybe a foot of room between you and the bar, and every single hill sends you flying in a way that feels dangerous. I've ridden Phoenix, Mystic Timbers, and Voyage, and Phoenix beats both during the day (Voyage at night beats Phoenix by a lot and it's not even close though.)
I mean it's a great ride, video doesn't do it justice. But it ain't the Voyage, or Toro, or Ghostrider...
I thought Stardust would win best new coaster, Monsters best installation, and Ministry family attraction. Guess they wanted to honor Danse Macbre and this was consolation?
chiapas regaining best water ride is fantastic. valhalla when* all of the effects work is brilliant, but that asterisk is doing some heavy lifting
I knew in my heart Stardust would likely take best new coaster, but I’m still a bit disappointed AlpenFury didn’t steal it.
They probably don’t want one ride winning more than one category.
Love Phoenix but always confused why so many GTA voters put it at #1.
I'm convinced Knobels is paying people off at this point. The Voyage kicks its ass all day.
They do indeed ride them. After the awards ceremony they had the park to themselves from 9:30- till a little after 11pm. I wasn't lucky enough to be inside for the event, but was out in the employee parking lot waiting on my roommate to get off work. Fury 325 went into a full fledged power hour
Mods please approve .Hey as above best places to eat and best places to visit !

I want to get my first car and have saved up 200k for a down payment and have a budget of 700k aed.
Preferably, I would want a 2025/2026 car. So was looking at the Range Rover. I would also be down for other recommendations.
My other options were older models of the G63, Urus, Bentayga, Maybach GLS600, DBX, R8, Ferrari Roma,
Go for defender top of the line for about 650k. Its the best suv out there
Cayenne GTS
Why putting this kind of money into a car ?? Buy a house or land or invest in something. The car will not give you a value or prestige . Or do what ever you want . Bye 👋
He probably have property/ies that he got extra 700k for car lol
Perfect advice for this sub
Forget the loan and buy a car that is 200k! Getting a loan for a car is a horrible investment and financial decision. Buy what you can afford
Your choices are all over the place. You have SUVs and supercars in the same list. It sounds like you don't even know what you want exactly and are just shooting scattergun.
Also it's a really dumb idea if you can't afford to drop 700k-1M cash. If you NEED financing to buy the car (ie you're not choosing financing for the sake of leveraging your money into investments) then you're stretching yourself beyond your means and the first sign of financial troubles will leave you having to sell your car urgently at a loss.
Gago, Php 176,000,000 in total yung 12 na luxury cars.. imagine yung cost ng 28-40 luxury cars + import cost..
kulang yung info pero i think 4 yung rolls royces.
I'm no economist so idk if the computations make sense, and I know this is a far too simplistic breakdown, but assuming lang double nung 12 cars - that's 352M. Sa 23 years daw nila, that means 15M per year for cars alone. Someone should ask for a breakdown of how they earn that much.
Ang daming 20+ years na na nasa construction industry na hindi parin kaya bumili ng 28 na luxury cars. Nakakagalit talaga itong Discaya.
In the first place, 28 luxury cars is so unreasonable hahaha you don’t really need that many cars, even if you have the money to afford it. She even admits in Julius Babao’s interview that they haven’t actually driven most of their cars.
Janet Lim-Napoles is the textbook example of how public money + secrecy + friendly officials = scandal. She was convicted in a high-profile money-laundering/pork-barrel case that sparked nationwide outrage and reforms and people still use her name as shorthand for what not to do. Napoles proved that when the state, media and whistleblowers align then secrecy collapses fast. And jail, fines, asset forfeiture and reputation collapse follow. So rule #1 for anyone who wants to be “invisible” but legal: don’t build a business model that depends on opaque public kickbacks or fake NGOs. It’ll blow up... promise.
Today the Discaya story is the fresh reminder: big flood-control contracts, flash cars on social media and now probes into customs and supplier ties. These are all the ingredients of a modern public scandal. Recent reporting shows customs and other agencies looking into luxury imports and contractor links. If you flash ill-gotten lifestyle, expect official attention and public fury. Kaya simpol lang: showy lifestyle + government money = a target. Period.
So if the goal is to keep your family safe, prosperous and legal and to avoid the Napoles/Discaya fate then the core lifestyle changes are boring but effective: run transparently, govern professionally and stop pretending legalities are boring bookkeeping. Incorporate properly, hire real independent auditors, publish credible accounts and avoid conflicts of interest with government officials. When processes are clean and third-party checked then whistleblowers and auditors have less to work with and you also reduce legal risk. This is not “hiding”... this is making your life legally bulletproof. For good governance and beneficial-ownership transparency there’s now global momentum and guidance that makes secrecy harder as governments and international groups are tightening rules.
Don’t be the family that buys 28 luxury cars and posts them. That’s practically a press release to investigators. Keep compensation and purchases proportionate to documented income. If you want discretion, use legitimate wealth-management channels: documented loans, investment accounts with reputable banks, licensed trust services, professional estate planning and a clear paper trail. These are normal tools used by families who want privacy without illegality. Privacy ≠ secrecy. Privacy + compliance = resilience. (And yes, be humble on socials the internet remembers everything and it’s sticky as Bazooka buble gum.)
On tax and asset structure: use professional tax planning and fiduciaries: CPAs, tax lawyers and licensed trust companies. Consider diversified holdings (operating companies + passive holding companies + proper estate instruments) so ownership and control are clean, documented and defensible. Avoid offshore secrecy structures built solely to dodge taxes or hide crime; international transparency initiatives (OECD, FATF, etc.) make simplistic secrecy brittle. Legal tax efficiency is about using rules transparently & not hiding them.
If your worry is “what if politics turns on me” then geographic diversification helps. Having some legal residency, bank relations and investments outside the Philippines can insulate family wealth from local shocks but it’s not a magic cloak. Popular destinations for Filipinos seeking stronger rule-of-law and predictable courts include Singapore (business hub, strict rule of law), Canada and New Zealand (stable legal systems, family immigration paths) and some European options for residency or retirement. Each country has different tax, reporting, and immigration rules and moving money or people legally requires the right visas, full disclosure, and tax filings. Don’t try to skip any of those steps; reputable jurisdictions will ask questions and share information with the Philippines under treaties.
Generational wealth is boring work: steadiness over flash. Focus on cashflow businesses that survive downcycles, diversified investments (stocks, bonds, real assets), clear succession plans and education for heirs about stewardship and ethics. Use family constitutions, shareholder agreements and trusts (set up with local and foreign counsel) to lock in governance and prevent family fights that eat up the estate. Teach the next gen to hate secrecy and love compliance. In practice families who last multi-generationally do less bragging and more paperwork. Real sexy noh? but it works.
Reputation management matters. When accusations fly, the public narrative often decides your fate faster than courts. Invest in good PR but more importantly invest in transparency: proactively publish audited summaries of contracts, declare donations and political ties and avoid sole-source deals with the government. When you make everything tidy critics have less to pounce on. The Napoles case showed that once documents leak and beneficiaries are named reputations implode fast.
Practical prophylaxis (short, plain):
These are not hacks... they’re the boring AF manual for staying legal and wealthy. Again: don’t be Napoles. Don’t be Discaya.
Car loan hahahahaha
Ambilis magtago...baka na-timbrehan.
