Just keep trying until you beat it. I never understand these posts, half of the game is finding your own methods and strategies

What I would do? Smoke screen, and chaser. Let the chaser attack, so you can just focus on dodging with smoke screen with needed. Also pea shot for its special.

Been a while since I did it. I believe I used the boomerang projectiles for most of it. (helps with the ducks at the start)
I would say watch a couple people play it, try their strategies, and adjust your loadout as needed.

Many bosses become a tad easier if you are able to figure out their patterns.

Basically, observe, then try again.

Isle 2 was just a lot harder than isle 3 , I had to use a djimmi wish on beppi and still wasted 2 hours on him

how 😭 I beat beppi easily and got an A- then I beat grim by just rapid firing and praying i got lucky with the fireballs

Agreed , I barely beat that dumb clown with 1 health after using djimmii wishes

i struggled for hours wally, more specificly the stupid kid, grimm is easy if you just buy the lobber

i think i used twin heart for beppi and same for grim, but i beat grim in like 16 tries and beppi took me longer 

Super easy but god his fight is unnecessarily long

And after defeating him, he took steroids and became gears the gorilla.

7: pirouletta

for the clown, use roundabout, spread, and smoke dash and for the first phase go to the wall away from him and start jumping with roundabout to take out the ducks and beppi

Use smoke bomb

Literally just use roundabout as your main and peashooter

First phase pretty straight forward shoot with roundabout dash through him blah blah blah

Phase two uhhh The dogs basically just come towards your weapon so 🤗

Phase 3 is a pain stay on the platform at all times an ez

Robot gave me some issues but not as much as I thought it would after reading the subs response. That fucking bird and genie fucked me up.

I used crackshot, spread and Ms. Chalice for him. Was pretty easy imo if you can parry the cards with Chalice’s dash parry.

It can be really hard lmao, I got it without knowing how hard it was and didn't play for months, honestly it's really hard to beat bosses the first time but you do get the hang of it, the people making it look easy have just been through the rounds

Yeah. Rumor and Matchsticks are hard because the stage moves. You’re not just fighting the boss and dodging attacks, but also having to make sure you can land on a platform. And the Devil is supposed to be hard. He’s the final boss after all.

I beat it on expert. It’s not uncommon to get stuck on 1 boss for 2-3hrs and then go to bed pissed off because you still didn’t beat the boss.

The hardest boss for me was cala maria

At first I felt the devil was a bit easy... until I died in 10 seconds the first attempt lol

Yes chaser is damn near useless after the first phase. Lober kicks ass too specially on Rumor honey bottoms and Wally warbles! And charge shot is epic but I need to implement it more. Probably will now that I’m tackling expert.

Been playing for awhile.

Early, my advice is to get Smokebomb (invincible dash) and the Roundabout weapon first.

Spend your first 4 coins on Roundabout. Do the first Run-n-Gun and then buy Smokebomb.

Those 2 items should be able to carry you through Isle 1 and quite a few other bosses.

Coffee is a good item for plane levels to be able to spam ex attack more frequently.

Are you changing your weapons for each boss? My advice is to fight one boss at a time, get good at that and then keep going. Gotta keep practicing.

Cuphead was brutal for me until I started paying attention to the upgrade path and what weapons I was choosing. The right loadouts will make the toughest boss far more manageable.
