gang this animation is OLD it's literally one of the first things I made with Tsatsiki so she's a little off modle lmao! Also this is my first time EVER tweaning..I hate it, do not recommend I think I did kinda well tho (the effects ruin it honestly but there's no going back)
Sound is shit and nonexistent cuz I didn't feel like doing sound design back then for something that I THOUGHT would be a one of character that I would never draw again
Look where I am now, basing my entire Tumblr of her and being kinda well known in the CrOc subreddit 😭 who could have guessed
First time I see em in full color, such a devious critter
I posted both of these in the /r/DestinyRising subreddit, but based on the positive responses I figured I would share them here as well to improve the experience of people who are playing Destiny Rising with a controller! For the record, I'm playing with an Xbox controller and the MuMu emulator on PC.
Enjoy!
Using the built-in layout tool, I made the Destiny Rising UI look much more like the D2 UI for controller users. Note: In this thread I made a comment with further information since I wasn't able to edit it into my main post.
Honestly I'm super averse to mobile games but I'll be damned if it doesn't look pretty good. Overall I'm still unlikely to play it but I hope someone makes use of this as I'm sure it would help someone like me go over the line to give it a go.
There's pretty overwhelmingly positive feedback in both /r/destiny2 and /r/DestinyRising so I'm pretty proud that both the guides worked out well. As for the game, you should absolutely give it a shot. It's a lot more free to play than Destiny 2 is, and you can easily download MuMu for free on your PC to run it if you don't want to play it on mobile.
Hmm, that is tempting. I'll think about it
Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition for Helldivers?
Borderlands 3 for Blasphemous ? ( Maybe region locked so I can go first just to be safe )
No sorry any other games send list in my DM
Saw your comment regarding borderlands 3 on another thread, i can do the three games Lil Gator, Biped, and Let's School as you mentioned if OP doesn't want it
"Patriots in control"
"We're saving Israel for last"
"Trust the plan"
I haven't met any members of that group who support any of that kind of stuff. They actually feel pretty upset and betrayed about some of the actions taken in the last few months.
Yet tens of millions of rejects still gobble on trumps cock
They should give me a free upgrade to the deluxe edition content cause I own half of the dlc.
Free upgrade on the Game if you have it on Steam & own most of the DLC
Same here. I’m only missing like 2 packs I think maybe 3. I don’t know why they would do this especially since the physical came out so late
It's not just that, cause I live in the UK I could redeem the KFC variants because it was USA only so I bought them from Ebay.
Haven’t played it in months, is anything different? Is it worth downloading?
So there’s absolutely nothing new
I was going to send you a screenshot of this on twitter earlier and completely forgot ha
I was a pretty hardcore Destiny 2 player back in the day, and I’m considering getting back into it. I stopped playing in the gap before The Final Shape came out because of real life commitments but I’m looking at getting back in.
My question is, would there be any point buying The Final Shape at this point in time?
It seems like there’s been a pretty significant overhaul with Edge of Fate, and I’m curious whether it’s worth it for the story closure alone, or whether I should just YouTube it and start fresh.
Prismatic clases are very strong and fun honestly, the story is engaging, and there's some good crafting
You can also grind for the dual destiny mythic class item
Overall those are the reasons I bought it, very worth it to me at least
Prismatic is ridiculously powerful and it alone makes it worth getting. It was on sale a bit ago, not sure if it still is.
Definitely get it, it's the best expansion ever released.
Prismatic is worth, I’d get it
The systems overhauls don't affect story content or the Prismatic subclass, and the weapons you can get will still be very good in almost all the content in the game.
Does anyone want to add me on destiny 2? I took a break from this game for a couple years and just got back into it and bought the final shape (bad timing I know, since the edge of fate just came out) I can’t get the newest expansion yet 😭 so anyone wanna help me relearn the game and do all the content before the edge of fate?
sure my bungie tag is frog#3831
I’d love to help!!! Can I dm?
Yeah sure!
From what I’ve heard, between July 8 and 22 all Destiny 2 DLCs (up to The Final Shape) will be free to play, and anything we earn will be ours to keep — is that correct?
I already own all the expansions up to The Final Shape. My friend, however, doesn’t own The Final Shape — and I’m not sure if he owns any other expansions besides that.
So we’re wondering:
Thanks in advance!
I've done the best I can but I'm slightly confused by point two "exotics we must not miss" would you mind elaborating?
1: If you have max rank at rahool already you should buy the final shape and Reverent exotic armours you care about most(or all of them if you can afford it)
2: play though the campaign to unlock post campaign content, I'd suggest probably playing on normal as it's faster unless you can't get new exotics from rahool and desperately want one of the final shape exotics
3: in terms of what will stay and what won't generally: you'll lose access to prismatic and any missions, but you'll keep any weapons or armour (including exotics)
4: ergo sum and the exotic class items are very fun and powerful, but there is an extreme amount of rng around them and you are unlikely to get a roll you will use consistently so I would suggest ignoring them until you have nothing else to do EDIT: DO NOT GRIND EXOTIC CLASS ITEMS, I forgot they only work on prismatic and you lose access to the subclass if you lose the dlc, so they're worthless unless you buy the final shape in the future
5: don't worry about unlocking prismatic fragments/aspects as you wouldn't be able to use the subclass after July 22 unless you buy the dlc again
6: kbostov is a very strong and fun exotic kinetic primary but it requires a fair amount of grinding, I'd say it's probably worth it, but use a guide to make sure you're being as efficient as possible
7: look up the "season pass pass"(not a typo) extension for your Firefox browser(if you don't have Firefox it's worth installing just for this), it'll allow you to claim past season pass rewards and all past season passes from echos to heresy are currently free but you can't access them, this extension allows you to claim items from past season passes, including the rank one exotics whitch you can get regardless of wether you played that season or not
8: grab still hunt and microcosm, both are strong exotics that are pretty quick to get if you know what you're doing
9: once you've done everything above I'd say your best priority is either grinding pale heart weapons/armor and ergo sum/exotic class items (all can be framed by playing machmade overthrow in the pale heart so it's quite efficient overall), OR:
10: if you're confident raiding you could try and get some loot from the raid, it's quite a difficult raid(especially the Verity encounter) but the final checkpoint can be done no coms if that's more your speed
I think that's everything I can think of but feel free to ignore anything I said here, I just wanted to give an outline of what I thought the best path would be, and if there's anything I've missed because it's been a long time since I played final shape or if you have any questions just let me know
Regarding 4/5, I thought they said you can keep everything you earn during the free period, so shouldn’t you be able to access them once the free period ends? (Exotic class item and prismatic)
You would keep access to the exotic class items but currently people who unlocked Strand during the free period last year but don't own lightfall can't equip the subclass, so I'm assuming the same is true with Prismatic and as such while you should be able to keep any exotic class items you earn you wouldn't be able to use them as you won't be able to equip Prismatic
Big picture, depends of you and your friend are wanting loot mainly or to get into the story and systems. If you want to get into the game, legendary campaigns from witch queen and light fall will get you a couple of fun exotics and are great intros into the story that normally aren’t free. Final shape would also be nice story wise before the episodes. This route will also get you some fun destination weapons and armor, which are especially nice from final shape imo.
As for loot, I would try to get as many exotics that are behind paywalls as possible. Final shape first, so you can do dual destiny and get exotic class items and others from that expansion (I.e khovostov) bc they are recent and pretty good. I’d then hit episodes for their loot and exotics since they will be going away for the most part.
I dont think there is anything that you cannot miss bc typically you are able to grab all the exotics after as well, but maybe if there are some specific rolls of episode weapons and/or holofoils you want
I agree with everything except exotic class items, they'll have their access to prismatic removed once the free period ends so the class items will be useless to them
Do you have a source for this? I believe you, I just can't find Bungie's official statement on this anywhere, and F2P players can currently HAVE the subclass after beating the intro mission in TFS, but they can't progress the campaign and earn other aspects/fragments/utility.
Is Bungie just flat out removing Prismatic subclass from anyone who doesn't own the campaign, even if they had it from doing the intro mission?
If you add it to a loadout it still give them access to Prismatic there’s a certain method you have to do though. Let me get a capture and show you how to do it and I’ll link it in a bit
Xurs selling choir of one atm - id farm some coins before Tuesday and buy it. By far my most used weapon since it came out, and this season with free volatile it was extra juiced.
Oh wait I'm not sure if he can use it without TFS though. I'd check on that.
Other than that I'm not sure. Maybe some of the ROTN weapons, but there aren't many that are really all that potent. Not anywhere near into the light where almost every single weapon was great.
Idk if he can buy the guns from banshee that were from the weightgate shit, but he should grab multimach at least which was iron banner and not TFS content.
Go for some dungeon exotics maybe like spires hierarchy of needs, it's getting a nice buff. All the other stuff I can think of really is TFS locked so I'd just go for exotic weapons and armor more than anything.
Rite of the Nine is already free to all players so there’s no need to focus more on it if they got the exotics from it.
You can pick up and use Choir without Echoes but you'll need TFS to reshape and apply catalysts in the future. Also anyone can pick up Banshee weapons except the dungeon ones which require at least 1 clear and therefore the dungeon key ownerships.
I agree it's not that bad, I just wanted to call out that it's more of a grind than the other final shape exotic weapons and that it might be longer than they expected
You can focus high stat armour (60+) at Failsafe with Echo engrams
I’ve heard of a few exotic missions and the newest dungeon that seem worth doing, and I’m thinking of working through at least some of the episode story but is there anything else in terms of quests or must have weapons or major changes to game systems I should be aware of ahead of the new dlc?
Since the DLC is introducing huge new systems, I'd suggest the following:
-Play some of the Rite of the Nine event. Spend the currency on the new Nanory engrams
-Unlock all aspects and fragments for your subclasses
-stock up on upgrade materials and exotic engrams
-finish out any seasonal story quests + unlock all the armor for transmog
-spend all your vendor engrams from all the vendors
-Prepare a few loadouts +clear some slots on your characters and vault for new stuff
From echos, you want the choir of one exotic, the area denial grenade launcher and a he solar rocket assisted frame sidearm. They are all craftable.
From revenant, there’s the doomfang slayer exotic shotgun that’s meh, mission is fun though.
And from heresy the barrow dyad exotic sub.
I see those as MUST gets beofre the season ends.
The exotic missions won't be going anywhere.
Right so other than the story specifics you really aren’t missing anything.
Do void fissures, as a new player you pretty much want forma crafting all the time
Maybe the "Taken shader/ship" from the chess event there's vids on how to do it with 4 peices
New DLC comes with a ton of changes. It's going to be radical for everyone. Go to bungie channel and watch the videos.
I had two questions for the community:
Is there a way to buy deep sight? I'm short 3 to complete a pattern, and have 3 in my vault. Just need harmonizer.
In the Vidoc for final shape Bungie said the Subjugators language can be translated. Did anyone ever figure it out?
No though there are a handful of vendors, and the rewards track, which award them
No, though usually it’s not worth it to translate stuff like that, even with the new dread units no one has been particularly successful.
Thanks 👍
Could you possibly have not redeemed some on a previous season pass? Look up the plugin "Destiny 2 Season Pass Pass" for Chrome or Firefox. You can pull from more than last season that way.
Yea, I used it to complete another one. It so irritating that I can't even complete it. Oh well.
Yes. The subjugators say, “We are listening, however, doing nothing about it. We are also doubling down on level grind.”
😏😅
