Does anyone know if hierophant social link is available during winter break?

Well, the social links themselves are largely the same but everything else is substantially different, doubly so if you want to see the Linked Episodes and other events with flesh out cast members. I think it's totally doable to 100% because the game does shift a few things in your favour like making social stats easier to raise and making it so the hermit doesn't take an entire day. However, I think it requires different routing to get it all done in one sitting.

I’m pretty sure it’s different now. There’s a lot more stuff to do in Reload and old guides won’t account for that.

I would broadly prioritise like this: guarrantied rank up>school SLs>other daytime SLs>Bunkichi and Mitsuko

I usually do those, that are available on the fewest days, generally. Since school SLs get blocked many times in the story, they aren't available as often as normal SLs. Later when unlocking Empress, she's also a low priority because she's available a lot. Maybe you also should avoid maxing them for some time, so someone is always available in an emergency but I'm not sure, if that's nessasary

I recommend maxing out the Fool Arcana

Get school only ones first and ones that have other locked behind them(chariot, magician, emperor, strength, hanged) on Sundays do hermit or sun

Do the ones you care about

ALWAYS focus on school Social Links. If you can't rank up with someone, choose someone else from school to rank up. You can use your Sundays and days off at this point to gain extra points from Sunday dates and hangouts, or just going to the shrine.

You will have plenty of time to max out non-school links, including Hermit and Sun, so don't be afraid to use Sundays for extra school link points.

No early deadlines for social links, but crazy early deadlines for max social stats. Get Courage up right away, then move on to Charm; work on Academics as much as possible in the meantime for the exam bonus, but you don't need to have it maxed until November.

As for focusing on specific links, just prioritize school links over non-school links, but otherwise try to keep their ranks more or less even.

You don't want to end up in a situation where, for example, you end up finishing all the links that are available on Saturdays really early, because then your Saturdays are dead for the rest of the game, and the scheduling for the rest of the days becomes tighter.

The social links are voice acted so they feel a lot better.

No chance at all. But don't sweat it, it's impossible to get all SLs maxed on a first playthrough without using a guide the entire game. So just focus on who you care about the most, and have fun.

Mostly availability. Prioritise school SLs because none of them are available during holidays/exam week except Empress during exam week.

There’s only 2 night SLs so prioritise increasing social stats at night to have more time for day SLs.

Some SLs are locked behind ranks in other SLs (for example you need to progress the Hanged Man to unlock Sun)

Social Links don't have special abilities in this game like they do in P5, but the ultimate personas are insane. One SL I would highly prioritize is the Star SL, the ultimate persona Helel has the skill Morning Star, the highest damaging multi-target almighty spell in the game. And it can be inherited via fusion, making it a must for god persona building.

There's also a special persona you unlock for maxing every social link in a single run.
