Marvel Zombies Animated Series
One of the exciting upcoming projects from Marvel Studios is their first-ever TV-MA animated series, "Marvel Zombies." This series promises to bring a darker tone to the Marvel universe, exploring the concept of superheroes and villains as zombies. While details are sparse, the announcement has generated significant buzz among fans who are eager to see how Marvel will handle this mature content [2:2].
Marvel Cinematic Universe TV Shows
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) continues to expand with new TV shows planned for release in 2025 and beyond. Some of the proposed shows include "Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D," which aims to establish S.H.I.E.L.D. and introduce a new generation of superheroes [5:1]. Other potential series include "Blade," featuring Dracula as an enemy and exploring Blade's personal life
[5:2], and "Heroes for Hire," which introduces characters like Luke Cage and Iron Fist
[5:3]. Fans are also excited about the prospect of a "Moon Knight" series
[5:4].
Fan-Created Content and Proposals
In addition to official Marvel productions, fan-created content and proposals are thriving on platforms like Reddit. Enthusiasts are collaborating to create their own cinematic universes, suggesting ideas for shows that complement the existing MCU. These fan-driven projects often involve creative storytelling and character development, providing a unique perspective on the Marvel universe [5].
Comparison with DC Movies
While Marvel continues to develop its cinematic and television offerings, discussions often arise comparing Marvel's success to that of DC movies. Some fans express skepticism about Marvel's ability to match the impact of films like "The Dark Knight," while others remain optimistic about the future of Marvel's cinematic endeavors [3:3]
[3:6]. Despite differing opinions, Marvel's consistent output of engaging content keeps audiences intrigued.
For those interested in keeping up with the latest developments in the Marvel universe, following official announcements and fan discussions can provide insights into what to expect from upcoming movies and TV shows.

Buy a philly cheesesteak at any location in the city and get 2 tickets to ECW arena for free
Super cool.
This isn't the right place for these posts, or at least keep it to one?
It's 2010. The Dark Knight came out 2 years ago, let alone it's trailer. We haven't even gotten the Captain America or Thor movies yet. Give it time. Maybe in 15 years, you'll be right....
Dude it's 2010 have you been living under a rock?
TDK trailer was released in 2007. That was 3 years ago man! The Avengers movie is happening, though. TDK 2 will probably crush it.
P. S. Can't wait for more original films to end this sequel fatigue we're in. With Avatar and Inception, we know that the dawn of original movies is here.
I think Samsung are making a new phone, I wonder if they'll bundle a film with it. Apparently it's supposed to be an iPhone competitor that runs android
Bruh Samsung released that like 3 years ago what are u talking about
OoC: the subreddit is pretending that it’s between 2008 - 2012. Clearly the poster is referring to 2008 so just go along with what he’s tryna do guys 😭
Norton’s portrayal as Bruce was good at least. Sucks that a good casting came in such a mediocre film.
I don’t know much about this Avengers movie yet, but after watching Incredible Hulk and Iron Man, I’m pretty excited to see Edward Norton, Robert Downey Jr, and Don Cheadle in it.
So, basically, turn Charge! on at 7:00 p.m. ET tomorrow and find out which schedule is correct. LOL!
👍
Appreciate your efforts always!!
My tv only shows 21:00 and 22:00 ET tomorrow night.
As you suggest, I will just check.
Hello! I am proud to say that, I am officially going to be running the TV department of this subreddits MCU, where we all worked together to create our very own cinematic Universe.
These TV shows act as a sort of Disney + to the existing Universe created by this subreddit - so keep it in mind when suggesting shows.
All that said and done
For your proposals, give me an idea for the Show: Characters, Plots, titles ect. The comment with the most upvotes will be chosen.
And In case you're new, or have forgotten, here's the wider MCU so far:
Phase 1:
Phase 2:
Blade
Dracula as an enemy with Morbius and Blade dealing with learning of his daughter’s existence
First series: Heroes for Hire, a one-season series that introduces us to the team that will eventually become the Defenders. Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Misty Knight, Colleen Wing and Jessica Jones make up this group.
Moon Knight
Changed but I really don’t think any TV Show should be set THAT early
Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Establish S.H.I.E.L.D., including Fury, Maria Hill, Phil Coulson, and more, as well as the emergence of a new generation of superheroes (hints at both heroes of the past and future).
Me and my buddy Eric were seeing if we could list every marvel tv show and movie (and deadpool and korg react) we are sure weve missed some of the Lego ones and Spiderman animated ones and we wanted to see if any of you guys on here could help us complete the list. All help appreciated Ignore axel
Big Hero 6
edit: and Men in Black
Agent carter
Ghost Rider.
The '77 Spider-Man show, the Hulk TV show, multiple made-for-tv Captain America movies, the Hasslehoff Nick Fury movie, the Generation X movie...
Hey Reddit!
I have been doing a lot of research to compile a full list of the MCU films and shows including one shots, netflix shows, and extended marvel projects in timeline order and would love some feedback as it’s nearly impossible to get information that’s not conflicting. This is what I have.
Timeline (Chronological Order)
Marvel Legacy: X‑Men / Wolverine Timeline (Non‑MCU Continuity)
Multiverse‑Adjacent / Non‑Canon (unless officially tied in)
Upcoming / In Development MCU Projects (Still TBA)
I think this is not bad overall, but see a few things: 1) Based on the rules laid down in Endgame, there should probably be multiple earths/timelines for the X-Men films (not to mention that even without Endgame rules, they conflict with one another). 2) Team Darryl short - pretty sure that's non-canon, as IIRC it conflicts with Thor's actual whereabouts. Though I realize Darryl had a cameo in, I think it was T:L&T. 3) I haven't seen Agents of Shield, but wasn't it confirmed to not be in the main 616 timeline/universe, again due to contradictions?
i struggle a lot trying to stay on track while watching the x films, they probably would have multiple earths and timelines but i am not sure where to begin labeling them. when i look up the films individually, i usually get earth-10005, but if you have a better understanding of how i would go about labeling that, i would appreciate it! the team darryl one shot i believe was after t:l&t so it probably doesn’t go after ragnorak as thanos took over their ship and thor then had to be rescued by the guardians. agents of shield mostly follows phil coulson after the events of the first avengers movie so i believe that is the same universe.
> I haven't seen Agents of Shield, but wasn't it confirmed to not be in the main 616 timeline/universe, again due to contradictions?
There may have been an announcement I'm unaware of, but there are no contradictions.
Where is inhumans
Post this at r/MCU_Timeline the folks there should give you some good feedback, and aren’t often incorrect with their nitpicks
Love putting stuff in timeline order.
My previous comments were focused on the inclusion of non-Canon stuff, but said inclusion wasn't the only thing wrong with this timeline, as there are several Phase 4 and Phase 5 projects that are placed incorrectly.
The timeline for Phases 4 and 5 needs to be as follows (projects from previous phases listed in parentheses)
* (Captain America: Civil War)
* Black Widow
* Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
* (Spider-Man: Homecoming)
* (Avengers: Endgame)
* WandaVision
* Loki Season 1
* Loki Season 2
* What If...? Season 1
* What If...? Season 2
* What If...? Season 3
* Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
* The Falcon and The Winter Soldier
* (Spider-Man: Far From Home)
* Spider-Man: No Way Home
* Eternals
* Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
* Hawkeye
* Moon Knight
* Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
* Echo
* She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
* Secret Invasion
* Ms. Marvel
* The Marvels
* Ironheart
* Thor: Love and Thunder
* The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special
* Werewolf By Night
* Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania
* Guardians of the Vol. 3
* Captain America: Brave New World
* Daredevil: Born Again
* Agatha All Along
* Thunderbolts/The New Avengers
The X-Men Timeline has errors as well and should be as follows:
* X-Men: First Class
* X-Men Origins: Wolverine
* X-Men
* X2: X-Men United
* X-Men: The Last Stand
* The Wolverine
* X-Men: Days of Future Past
* X-Men: Apocalypse
* X-Men: Dark Phoenix
* Deadpool
* Deadpool 2
* Deadpool and Wolverine
* Logan
* The New Mutants
Also worth noting: if Deadpool and Wolverine were to be placed on the MCU Phase 4 and 5 timeline, it would go after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
This is for confirmed shows/films and ones you want to happen, even if not announced.
I honestly really want an Annihilation movie, where all this cosmic stuff is resolved and wrapped up into one film, and personally a civil war 2 following the events of thunderbolts where the new avengers are in war against the Sam Wilson's new avengers team over the logo. Obviously also a scarlet witch film, doctor strange 3, midnight sons, ms marvel season 2 aswell. Mephisto project cuz we need more of him after ironheart too.
Edit: A Young Avengers/Champions film or show is absolutely necessary too!
They just revealed Wonder Man.....so waiting for that......and i expect Moonknight S2 too
champions, or literally anything with kate bishop - i miss her
Oh yes I forgot to add a young avengers project too! I'm also looking forward to that, If they're still going forward with it 🤞
they recently hired a showrunner for it so i think it's definitely happening
I’m so desperate for more Kate and Yelena I’ve been rewatching all of their stuff lately 😅
vision
Yea we didn't get much of him, but we will get him in his prime in the upcoming visionquest series hopefully.
I’m so excited for Vision Quest! Mostly because it may be a step closer to Wanda, but also because Vision is a cool character
Spider-Man daredevil team up
A new ghost rider project would be awesome
Even though it's not Jac helming it, The Vision show (and I've heard good things about Matalas).
Even though it's been paused, I want a Nova show to come to fruition. I want more Kree-adjacent content and hope that would fill in.
After Ironheart, I need Strange Academy.
Yes, yes, no lol. I think they might nix strange academy after Ironheart. It's going to feel like a Disney channel witches and warlocks TV show.
Here is an updated list of our projects announced so far...

So question, isn’t Demon Days an alternate universe in the comics? How is the writer (They’ll crush it I bet) gonna handle that?
I don't know about the comics but here it is in the main universe
What is that Hulk film about? It hasn’t been announced yet. It looks so peak though!

In one month or so we’ll have the San Diego Comic Con, and we know the currently scheduled MCU movies and series are:
Apart from these announcements, do you think we’ll get something more? I doubt it but not having anything dropped between the two avengers movies seems weird to me
Not at SDCC this year. They are not speaking in hall H which means that they are probably saving the big reveal for next year. We will probably get an announcement for the film that is due to land in July 2027 before then but don’t expect any big Phase Six reveals any time soon…
Source: Deadline News
They are doing something at NYCC aren’t they?
No, Marvel Studios never goes to NYCC.
Possibly but I’m still extremely sceptical that they are going to announce anything beyond 2027 before next summer. This year will be the year that they tease Doomsday and shows like Wonder Man, Born Again S2 and Vision Quest.
I think that they’re not gonna do slate reveals anymore. Also Marvel isn’t doing a Hall H panel at SDCC this year. Maybe they could announce a new animated show at an animation panel or something tho.
Jonathan Majors fucked up the Multiverse Saga. A whole slate of movies was depending on him to be Kang. This is, essentially, a multi-billion dollar investment in one person. And he fucked. That. Up. Hard. I'm sure they backed up several dump trucks full of money to RDJ's door to get him to come back as a strong, safe lead actor.
Undoubtedly, this has given Kevin Feige and Disney a hell of a lot of caution about trying to set up another 5+ years of movies and mini-movies (D+ shows) around a central figure. People love the Avengers-style team movies, but between the reality of them never being able to match the hype of Infinity War/Endgame and the risk of another Jonathan Majors incident screwing up the plan halfway through, every proposed project will surely be under intense internal scrutiny.
It felt like Feige was more than willing to fund an underwhelming project to further narrative goals (Eternals) or even to help open up the MCU as a whole (the initial rollout of shows with D+). However, choices now have to be made much more deliberately. Even if he announced plans for Phase 7, how many other projects had been announced in the past that have since been shelved? I wouldn't imagine he liked having to change plans so drastically, and it's logical to expect him to have to take a more careful approach to manage fan expectations (and probably assigning a team of handlers for any potential lead actor to keep them out of trouble /s).
Majors screwed up but the pivot and reshape wasn’t because of him but people not caring about phases 5 and 6.
Realistically, Majors/Kang was only important or mentioned in Loki, Antman, and future Kang Dynasty. People didn’t care about multiple of madness, marvels, BNW, eternals, and Thor 4. None of them involved Kang.
All they did in response to Majors was nix the Avengers movie wrap up.
I'm not blaming Majors for every problem in this set of movies, but even if Kang wasn't directly referenced, that's not to say certain plot points and character direction wouldn't have needed to be changed in response. This is, after all, the Multiverse Saga, and Kang was meant to be a threat in any universe. Kill one Kang, another shall take his place.
Mulitverse of Madness gives us America Chavez make multiversal travel a readily accessible thing for whatever team she's a part of. The Marvels ends up sending Monica into a universe with mutants, opening that door for the next Saga or beyond. I think politics helped contribute to the response and rewrites of BNW. Eternals was meant to be a setup film. And the problem with Thor 4 was the director's unique sense of humor flooding the first half of a movie that deals with topics like grieving over a dead child and a woman dying of cancer.
There will be no announcements this year. Maybe just animated stuff
I feel aside from release dates…phase six is set in stone
One thing they need to do for the next saga is have DEFINITE end points for the phases. Ending it on iron heart isn’t a smart idea
I mean Phase 1 is the only phase to end with an Avengers film, every other phase always ended with a solo film
Though lets be fair Ironheart was never meant to be the end, it was meant to be Thunderbolts. but lots of BTS issues led to the show ending up as the finale
I more meant that the phases in the infinity saga had a clear ending
Phase 7 should be solo mutant films with an x men film to close it
