Solo Leveling is Korean Portal Fantasy Manwha / Web Novel.
Synopsis:
In a world where hunters — human warriors who possess supernatural abilities — must battle deadly monsters to protect mankind from certain annihilation, a notoriously weak hunter named Sung Jin-woo finds himself in a seemingly endless struggle for survival. One day, after narrowly surviving an overwhelmingly powerful double dungeon that nearly wipes out his entire party, a mysterious program called the System chooses him as its sole player and in turn, gives him the unique ability to level up in strength. This is something no other hunter is able to do, as a hunter's abilities are set once they awaken. Jinwoo then sets out on a journey as he fights against all kinds of enemies, both man and monster, to discover the secrets of the dungeons and the true source of his powers. He soon discovers that he has been chosen to inherit the position of Shadow Monarch, essentially turning him into an immortal necromancer who has absolute rule over the dead. He is the only Monarch who fights to save humanity, as the other Monarchs are all trying to kill him and wipe out the humans.
so what is your dream cast for each characters? and who do you think played Sung Jin Woo (the Main Protagonist)
Anyone other than Cha Eun Woo is a mistake. Sung JinWoo is supposed to be the epitome of cool in terms of action and visuals. I see no one pulling the visual side of things off better than Cha Eun Woo.
I'd have to see if he can pull off the transformation. He can definitely pull off post-glowup JinWoo, all stoic and good-looking... But can be pull off weak, terrified but determined JinWoo? I haven't watched something like that from him yet.
what about Song Kang? maybe he can pulled of Sung Jin Woo before becoming a player and after
No doubt Song Kang's visuals are very impressive. He could work too, but I would rather they good with Eun Woo if possible.

I'm super excited for this. I would have preferred someone like Yoo In-soo, but I do think this is an interesting choice.

Either 133 or higher ._.
I need to know
Do you want a real answer with spoilers?
Yes
Jinwoo has a skill that hasn’t been revealed yet (the ????? Skill). Basically something is going to happen, the skill will activate and he will awaken as the true shadow monarch. The system disappears along with the level system and he just has all of the powers without the limits the system put on him.
Short answer: no Long answer: read the light novel

The SL powersclares and dick riders gonna be real mad for mentioning actual story and characters

Did you and your wife realise you were being watched by your shadows when you conceived Suho?

How difficult was the sister leveling mission?
I’m rewatching S1 of Solo Leveling right now, but in English this time—and man, Sung Jin-Woo’s VA absolutely kills it. Dude’s a beast.
Btw, I’m Brazilian, so I speak Portuguese, but even though I do, I gotta say the English dub is crazy good. Highly recommend checking it out!
I gotta agree! I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to rewatch it again bc I haven't found anything else to top it ever since. I just finished the first episode english dub and it's pretty darn solid!

Left third row middle...we see him with his hands spread like that in some panel before or after this
I found your twin at Right, fourth row, corner towards the stairs, with his hands crossed over.
Wasn't he wearing all black?
Yes, black turtle neck and coat
He had a suit?
dude he was at a official global conference mans not gonna wear a shirt and attend just because he is the protagonist...that would be so corny af
And I thought waldo was good at blending in
Someone give this man the helper role, such a nice help
Ohhh it’s the one with the suit and tie
Can't see him here
Nah it's obviously one with the tie
Underrated comment right here
Yes, He is the final "test" for his son and until his son realises he cant win vs sung and flees, they will keep fighting.
From what I remember anyway
No bro what you are speaking about is the epilogue of Solo Leveling
But Suho didn't tried to flee there
Yes. Well not him but a magic construct based on Suho's memory of him. Combined with Jinwoo's Gary Stu ability, he was able to control the construct and wound up using that construct for him.
With show popularity and hopefully game popularity it could result in inspiration, its cool having unlimited shadows , but I want to see use shadows in unique ways tho , hopefully they don't perform him to do that tho ( edit ) not the souls or whatever... actual shadows , characters like megumi ( jjk ) raven teen titans ( dc) ebon static shock (dc) shikamaru Naruto (manga) , I want sung to show feats with manipulating shadows on same level if not above , not counting the souls , respectfully
Until now in the story, we haven't seen him in action but have seen him a few times, not fighting but doing dad stuff
Oh god did he has "the talk" with Suho? /s
Would be hilarious, but >!he gives him a talk about what he wants to become (he wants to become the Dragon king, the monarch of destruction)!<
You see, son. When you reach a certain age your body will experience changes. Chest hair, deeper Voice, the souls of your enemies rising from the grave to do your Will.
Is ragnarok a LN or has it been serialised as a manwha, cuz i cannot find it?
Isn’t it just basically a wrong translation of the original title in Korean?
It was supposed to be “only I level up”, although his shadows also level up 😂
Solo Leveling is my favorite MC
Can't forget the time when solo leveling solo levelled all over
Maybe the Leveling was the Solos we made along the way.. 🙏😔
Second only to Kaisen from Jujutsu Kaisen
Solo leveling is anime , Sung jin woo is MC
"Just you? You are leveling solo?"
"Yes"
"What's your name?"
"Uhhhh... Solo.... Leveling"
Hot take :
The sequel (Solo Leveling Ragnarok) should have been called Team Leveling.
Solo Leveling Together
Best one so far haha
Squad leveling
It's definitely catchier but so damn wrong lol
They all do that too.
So many manhwa with traduction that have nothing to do with the actualy plot
"Terminally-ill knight" instead of "time limited knight" still bother me off to this day
