Wooting 80he or Wooting 60v2 depends on size you like

I bought my teenage son this keyboard for Christmas and he freaking loves it. Every couple of days he tells me it's the best present I could've gotten him. It was about $10 or $15 cheaper during the holidays though.

The best one is whatever you are comfortable with and what fits in your budget. I would definitely recommend trying out one of those name brand mechanical keyboards but what switches you want is going to be personal. I have the Corsair K70 with Cherry mx Brown switches and I like them a lot. A nice balance between soft and clicky. The iCue program sucks so don't use it if you don't mind the default lights. Best option is to start with something cheep and with some switch type. Make sure you can change out the switches without soldering (The Corsair K70 does NOT have that feature) so if you want you can just buy new switches without a whole new keyboard. Then once you find switches you like. Go nuts. It's a personal choice really.

It's dumb to spend a ton of money on keyboards imo.

Big fan of low-profile, so Nuphy air and Lofree flow lite.

WTF, this question...depends on what do you prefer, the best gaming keyboard doesn’t exist, depends what switches you like, design, price, customisation, extra keys...

Got the black version most buttery smooth keyboard I ever owned .

It's a great keyboard, I have two the og Black and Moonlight with nx snow as. The only thing I wasn't too pleased about was the acoustics/sound. I ended up just trying the tape mod 3 layers and it made the keystrokes sound deeper and more creamy.

Unfortunately, it still pales against my Nuphy Halo v2 with mint switches. I find myself gravitating to that over my Azoth for typing-intensive days.

For things like keyboards and headphones i would generally stay away from the main-gaming brands, usually you get better products from lesser-known manufacturers like Keychron or Ducky, i have a Keychron V6 at home and a Ducky Origin in black at work.

You may be unsure if you need it, but the latest tech in keyboards is Hall effect, which allows you to customize the actuation point on every key to open doors to many new possibilities. Not only does this bring typing personalization to a whole new level, magnetic switches are viewed as superior as they don't use mechanical contacts to trigger an input, and can in theory last longer.

Our newest Hall effect keyboard is almost on the market - the ROG Falcata - the world's first wireless + Hall effect + split ergonomic keyboard (can also be used like a normal keyboard).

OP spent double the money for 1/2 the features.

I got a Logitech G915 last fall after my Razer Huntsman Elite died due to power fluctuations at our house. I really like it - it has a nice feel to it, the lighting options are easy to use (I already had G Hub installed for my headphones), and it's not too big/clunky for my tiny hands. I was hesitant to get a wireless keyboard as I've always had wired before, but there have been zero issues with connectivity or responsiveness. I would buy it again.

I think for mechanical keyboards a lot of people have the Keychrons! They are great, I had a few myself. I am in one of the less popular camps where I prefer low-profile keyboards so I am using a Lofree Flow and I love it!

My favorites are the Logitech G815/G915 and the Glorious GMMK 3 100%. I’m currently using the Glorious.
