A lot of surf rock just using it to give chords a little flourish, I like that use. I struggle to think of a recurring riff that uses it well, but the song that comes to mind is Van Halen - Eruption when I think of the whammy bar

Go for Newen guitars Argentinean brand...............amp is subjective like i love orange20t which i use but my brother likes the Marshall amps. I have not tried the other amps only this two ..... it depends on your playing style and the tone u love u can try out at the guitar store

I would go against the general advice here; go for it.

For starting out, in fact....it does not matter AT ALL which guitar you get. Slash started with a broken-up classical guitar with a single string, for crying out loud

Get this guitar, go crazy. In an year or two if you wanna get another guitar you can look for the options mentioned by the commentors.

Go to the kadence store and try if you like it it's good but it on basis of just the average quality it would not be good

Buy a yamaha if you can get that

Wait a while , save up atleast 20k. Min 15k for a guitar and rest for the amp

Also what do you like to play more, metal blues rock and roll, so that you can go with single coil and humbucker pickup settings - HH HSS etc

I agree with this. I saw a multi-scale 7 string evertune that they made in this dark emerald color and I would stab my firstborn in the heart with full eye contact to own one but alas I am a peasant

I had a valravn 7 string. Unfortunately the travel from Ukraine, messed up the truss rod... It was a amazing guitar, the dirtthaller pickups were awesome too. I ended up with a nice schecter, but I'm going to gravitate towards a baritone 6 string I think, now.

Wow what is that? That looks freaking amazing & the finish is sick! Not sure what the best of the best is but that guitar looks like it’s up there! I honestly I couldn’t pick a favorite guitar because there are too many that I love.

Basically yeah. There’s a few extended techniques that you won’t be able to do, certain bends are kind of tricky but in general you can.

You can but the two problems you'll run into are (i) you won't be able to reach the upper frets and (ii) the bends won't work properly.

Yes, yes you can. My first couple guitars were classical guitars.

1. Most guitar skills are transferable. You can absolutely learn a bunch of relevant skills on classical guitar. But bending is gonna suck ‘cause if you’re using nylon strings they’ll go out of tune quick, and it doesn’t sound as good. So no, you can’t learn electric guitar solos 1:1, but you can definitely still get pretty far with slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs. I also think that chords on a classical guitar are harder than they could be

2. Theres loads of cheap electrical guitars out there. Also, I think electrics are vastly different to play, with classical guitars having wider necks. If you wanna play pop/rock/blues, get a guitar with a regular neck. I got a classical guitar when I started playing, and it wasn’t worth it, ‘cause I didn’t wanna play classical music. That’s just my take though
