Kiss Me Heroine. It's a Japanese brand so you would need to purchase from an Asian beauty store or Amazon. It's extremely waterproof and sweat proof. It's also quite difficult to remove so you would need a good cleansing balm or remover to get it off. Their eyeliner is fantastic too.

Tubing mascaras. The worst that can happen is you have to check for occasional flaking.

Use a primer and mascara within 20-30 seconds

Bobbi Brown No Smudge is great. Super lengthening and definitely budge proof. I also like the Jeffree Star F*ck Proof mascara if you want one that's more volumising.

Heroine Make (Japanese brand) is the most waterproof mascara I’ve ever tried. It’s hurricane proof really.

Venture into Japanese and Korean mascara brands. My HG is the Kiss Me Heroine Make Volume & Curl Mascara. They also have a Long & Curl variant and they come in different formulations. They’re the best: I have oily lids and they don’t budge! They also hold up my lashes well. It’s a bit difficult to remove but you can get their mascara remover too or just use a normal cleansing oil/balm and buff it well into your lashes.

L’Oreal lash paradise!

I don't know if this counts as drugstore but I love the Ulta Lash Flash tubing mascara. You won't get dramatic results but it seriously stays all day. I actually use it on my lower lashes or to seal a more voluminous mascara.

I’m a big fan of old school maybelline great lash waterproof. It works super well if you have natural length and volume, it won’t add it though. I have great lashes but if I want a false lash effect I curl and prime my lashes with lash primer then apply the great lash.

i use the l'oréal paris mascara not 100% sure on the name but it's just a gold tube, i've been in the shower and beach with it and it's never rubbed off before. not sure if it's marketed as water proof though.

hmm perhaps try Heroine Makeup mascara? i’ve cried and been in humid weather and it didn’t come off. takes a bit longer to remove though, you’ll need an oily makeup remover for your eyes or you can get the matching mascara remover!

Heroine Make, the waterproof one. I swear it doesn’t budge! You’ll probably need to get the remover for it too

Maybelline New York Volum' Express The Colossal Waterproof Mascara

Not Sephora but the Heroine Japanese brand mascara will not budge! It's amazing, you can easily buy off Amazon. You need a god eye makeup remover. The blue Sephora collection eye makeup remover works great for it.

I get panda eyes from virtually any non-tubing mascara and my personal favorite is Thrive. Tried Caliray, but it’s a much more natural look than Thrive and was much harder to remove.

Etude’s mascara fixer makes my mascara completely water/smudge proof and is the only thing that can make my lashes hold a curl all day, even with a mask on. Can’t recommend it enough!

I love Clinique lash power mascara!!!! I have one eye that always tears up ( joys of getting older). This mascara does not smudge!!!! I sometimes don’t wash my face before going to bed. Mascara not smudged. You need to wash your face and then gently remove the moist gooey mascara from your lashes.

I use the Maybelline Sky High waterproof mascara. That stuff is NO joke. I wear it when I expect a possibility of crying or rain, it never fails me.

This is the answer! It has changed my mascara game! And I love that I can use any mascara I want for a different look and know it will stay put.

Maybelline Butterfly Waterproof mascara!! It never ran in the hot heat of Phoenix summers when I was working outside for hours. Doesn’t even flake until long into the second day of wear if you’re bad and don’t take it off at night. Doesn’t smudge even after a shower if you don’t rub it. Amazon link

A really big thing to understand, that I did not understand for a very long time. Is that if you have lashes that touch the tops of your cheekbones, then they pick up on the oils on your skin. And depending on the formula and your oils, your oils might break down the formula used for that mascara.

So many many people can say oh this mascara is best or this one or this one, or an expensive one or a cheap one. And that could be very true for them!!!

But what you really need is one that doesn’t break down when it encounters your bodies particular oil/sweat etc.

I searched high. I searched low. I bought Dior, I got whatever the green and pink bottle is… And then one day I ran across Elizabeth Mott’ “It’s So Big” - 13 or $14 on Amazon. I never ever have raccoon eyes from my mascara again.

Sometimes my pencil starts to slide, but never from the mascara. It is now my holy Grail.

The search was long, the search was expensive, but by God I’m so glad. It was so goddamn embarrassing all the time.

Anyway, I wish you well. Just understand that your oils and sweat, no matter how great/expensive the mascara could be, it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t stand up to your own oil and sweat.

ETUDE Curl Fixe Mascara and ROMAND Han All Fix Mascara are my favorites. You can cry and wipe your eyes, it won't move or transfer. I actually went to the swiming pool with the Etude, it was perfect even after 2 hours in the water ! You will need a cleansing oil to remise them.
