TL;DR For optimal performance in "Destiny 2: The Final Shape," focus on versatile loadouts that can handle various scenarios. Consider mixing high-impact weapons with rapid-fire options to balance power and speed.
Versatile Weapon Choices
In "Destiny 2: The Final Shape," versatility is key. Players often recommend a mix of weapon types to cover different combat scenarios. For instance, using a combination of a kinetic weapon like the Ace of Spades for precision damage, paired with an energy weapon such as the Riskrunner for crowd control, provides a balanced approach [3:5]. This setup allows players to adapt to both PvE and PvP environments effectively.
High Impact and Rapid Fire
Balancing high-impact weapons with rapid-fire options can be crucial for success. Weapons like the Gjallarhorn rocket launcher offer significant damage output for boss fights or tough enemies, while rapid-fire weapons like the Recluse SMG can clear smaller foes quickly [4:1]. This combination ensures players are prepared for both high-stakes encounters and general skirmishes.
Exotic Weapon Integration
Integrating exotic weapons into your loadout can provide unique advantages. Exotics like the Witherhoard grenade launcher offer area denial capabilities, making them ideal for controlling enemy movements in both PvE and PvP settings [5:6]. Choosing exotics that complement your playstyle and fill gaps in your arsenal can significantly enhance your effectiveness.
Adaptability and Customization
Customizing your loadout based on the activity you're engaging in is essential. For example, switching to sniper rifles for long-range engagements or shotguns for close quarters can make a substantial difference [5:9]. Regularly updating your loadout to match the demands of specific missions or events will ensure you maintain an edge over opponents.
Community Recommendations
Engaging with the community through forums and discussions can provide insights into effective loadouts. Many players share their experiences and recommendations, highlighting successful combinations that have worked well for them [5:7]. Leveraging these shared strategies can help refine your own approach and discover new tactics.

To me the cartridge thing is important!
If I'm buying a physical game...I want to be able to play it without having to download it from the internet. I want to be on a road trip, see stop at a store, see a game I really want that I didn't know was released on the Switch 2, pop it in my system and play it!
I don't want to have to wait until I have a Wi-Fi connection for the game to download before I can play it.
That’s cool and I get it, but doesn’t that mean it’s valuable to you?
So it should show value for publishers?
Cool
But I hope we can all respect the fact that some games NEED to run off the SSD for best performance.
He just states facts here. The only cards available for third party publishers is 64GB and they are quite expensive, I think it's $14 for one and that's not counting Nintendos cut.
Most of the third party games that came out for Switch 2 is a game key cards with only a few exceptions, so no Nintendo needs to fix it's shit.
What's wrong with game key cards?
Edit : He is unequivocally not "only" stating facts. The headline has personal opinion in it.
Also, how would they fix it?
Nintendo has not given a single flying crap about 3rd party developers since the SNES. It's barely given a crap about it's own IP's.
Also new Star Fox when? Oh wait. Probably never. 🙃
Besides Pokémon, that second statement is absolutely not true
To get on the switch? If it’s not worth it it’s not worth I get that.
But what is the physical media alternative for a portable?
Was Nintendo supposed to use UMD discs? Or follow Valve and have no media at all?
Pissing 3rd party devs off was a big reason why the VITA failed, and why the N64 lost the generation against the PS1. Don't piss 3rd party devs off. You can't sustain an entire console in-house.
Except for the fact that Nintendo has essentially sustained entire consoles in-house since the GameCube
Wii U too.
Well, until next time, thank you AidaIro and hopefully the third season will come as soon as the current story arc ends
Anyways, who was your favorite character in that season, and why? Let me know
Kou, but honestly, he and Teru share a spot. Besides loving them for very different reasons, I adore their relationship together.
Agree. The Minamoto brothers do not dissapoint
Mitsuba may be my favourite character overall, but Kou had some amazing episodes this season (ep 7 and 8), and little Tsukasa too!
Precisely. It's such a shame that in the latest storyline, he has little, if any prominence, >!now that he's well...dead!<
Kou because he's kou (honorable mention to tsukasa!)
If TBHK characters are in a Morality Chart, Kou's definitely Lawful Good
Even if he does not appear as much in this one, Hanako is always my favourite! He's just too special and unique.
Yeah, gotta agree with that one. The Entity really did a number on him
Ig we shall see Season 3... when will be released?
I loved it, this season was perfect even with all the little mistakes
Though they need to cover the rest of the arc first, since it's not fully covered XD
Great shape! Great job! Congratulations 🎉
Great work! Holding form for two shows, even close together and now a third in the works. Dedication! You've done great! Well done!
We reversed into show 2 weeks ago no crazy peaks just went as I was 🙌

congratulations awesome job
Thanks
Selling games and other video game merch from my personal collection that I'm no longer interested in.
I aimed to generally undercut the price shown on PriceCharting for most of these, so I'm open to offers on bundles, but am firm on individual pricing. Shipping starts at $5, and will calculate on anything large. Orders above $75 will have free shipping. I've uploaded pictures for almost every item, but feel free to request additional photos if I missed something.

^^This ^^information ^^does ^^not ^^guarantee ^^a ^^successful ^^swap.
2 new Knight Heroes and a melee weapon since the last post, for a total of 5 of them. I tried to make them all powerful enough to rival BFTP and TRO builds. You'll swap between weapons a lot with them. Are they too strong? Too weak?
Swamp Knight and Black Knight Garridan also added to the Knight subtype, because, well, duh. 7 total to pick and choose!
Overall i don't really get the concept of this set. Is it Ability buffs Melee? Is it Ranged and Melee? (that'd be pretty cool, i'd help expand on Jonesy and Keelhaul) I think there's too many ideas being thrown around here, this entire set is pretty unfocused.
HOLY FUCK YESSSS I LOVE THEORY CRAFTING!!!!!!!! THANKS FOR PARTAKING
The knights are meant to SPECIFICALLY offer a wide array of decent buffs to pretty much anything! Omega Knight is for Assault Weapons + Other ranged weapons, but it's specified as OVERALL weapon damage so you can benefit from Axecalibur's bonuses too! Scrapknight Jules and Blue Squire Renegade are mostly melee-only. Red Knight is DIRECTLY Melee + Assault, and Raptor has his own little melee-AOE niche. The whole set (minus Renegade, I guess) is incentivizing you to keep swapping stuff around, and benefiting exponentially from it! Also there's WAAY to little Ability Damage buffing. Azalea's Energy-Only, and Willow's too wonky to use.
Part 2 since i'm awake now:
Soldiers:
Buccaneer Jonesy [Rework] - Buffs ARs and Scythes by 22%/66%
Raptorian the Brave - Buffs Shotguns and Clubs by 22%/66%
Red Knight - Melee Eliminations stack Oathfire (up to 4), which deals 15/30 base Energy Damage for every stack in a 1 Tile Area the next time you get a Ranged Elimination. Commander Perk causes Affliction (15 Energy Damage for 1 Second. Extra Stacks increase Affliction Duration.)
Ninjas:
Swashbuckler Keelhaul [Rework] - Buffs Pistols and Swords by 22%/66%
Blue Squire - Buffs SMGs and Axes by 22%/66%
Eternal Knight - Buffs Snipers and Spears by 22%/66%
Duelist Sandstorm - Getting 5/3 Melee Eliminations in 5 Seconds will reload all of your currently equipped Ranged Weapons. Lead: Gain 100% extra Headshot damage for your first ranged hit after the perk triggers.
Constructors:
Omega Knight - Buffs Explosives and Hardware by 22%/66%
Scrap Knight Jules - B.A.S.E. grants 15/30 Melee CR, 17%/50% Damage + 50% Crit Damage in Lead
Team Perk:
Requires: 2 Knight or Pirate Heroes
Eliminating an Enemy with a Ranged Weapon grants 40 Melee Weapon Crit Rating, 30% faster Swing Speed and 15% Melee Life Leech for 15 Seconds
Eliminating an Enemy with a Melee Weapon grants 60% increased Headshot Damage, 50 Armor and 60% Weapon Stability for 15 Seconds
These stats can probably be tweaked, but this is the core idea.
For me:
Best Vocals: Beyond the Wheel or Limo Wreck
Best Lyrics: Black Hole Sun
Best Riff: 4th of July
Best bass: The Day I Tried To Live
Best Vocals: Slaves & Bulldozers
Best Lyrics: Fell on Black Days
Best Riff: Loud Love
NOW I KNOW WHY YOU BEEN SHAKIN!
Good lyrics but my god his use of “whomsoever” really annoys me lol.
I wanna honorably mention “boot camp” for best groove/feel
Vocals: Outshined or The Day I Tried To Live Riff: Kickstand or Spoonman Lyrics: Burden In My Hand or The Day I Tried To Live
Good and accurate imo
Pretty sure I didn't miss any bosses! Could be wrong though; might be one or two out there I forgot to get before Act 3.
Curious y'all's thoughts!
I took into account A) The fight itself, B) Runbacks, and C) The Rewards of said Boss Fight.
Generally:
S - Peak Fight; one of my favorites for various reasons
A - Really good fight; one or two nitpicks with it or it's an early fight with not a huge amount going on, but fun nonetheless
B - Solid Fight. A couple nitpicks, but wouldn't mind fighting again. Or, in the case of Voltvyrm, the trinket is really god damn good (using >!Shaman!< Crest currently).
C. - Disliked the Fight for various reasons. Would not want to fight again if I could help it.
Savage Beastfly - Savage Beastflies. Ranked the 2nd one higher cause I got a random bug that caused my boomerang to instantly kill him like 15 seconds into the fight. That and the reward is better than the Beast Crest.
**EDIT - Seeing alot of opinions on Forebrothers being lower; and looking back I agree I should've put them at a B rather than C. For me they would be an A, if not for the additional enemies that are spawned before you get to fight the duo fight. Those enemies aren't tough by any means, but for me it's the principle of just let me fight the actual boss. If the boss spawns enemies as part of a regular mechanic, that's fine; it feels like part of the fight.
However if the game makes me fight a mini gauntlet or additional enemies before I get to actually fight the boss in proper, it just feels like a slog. I really liked fight them as a Duo; what I didn't like was having to slog through the first two waves of ads before I got to fight the actual full boss. There are a few bosses that got dropped down for that, namely Broodmother and Groal.
I know some folks don't mind it; it has just gotten really old for me at this point. I wanna fight the boss, not the extra little gauntlet before the boss every time.
(Act 3 Spoiler) >!The exception to this is Skarrsinger Karmalita - Her fight was SO good that it overpowered the mini gauntlet; but that gauntlet definitely didn't add to the fight imo.!<
Kind of feels weird to me to have Great Conchflies and Raging Conchfly in the same tier, just because I feel like the latter is so much more epic, but both fights are indeed really good.
Also, I can't see Fourth Chorus being higher than Grand Mother Silk personally.
Forebrothers Signis and Gron should also be at least A tier IMO, that was a cool boss concept and a solid fight.
Other than that I largely approve of this tier list (although I personally didn't think Savage Beastfly 1 was that bad.)
> Forebrothers Signis and Gron should also be at least A tier IMO, that was a cool boss concept and a solid fight.
They were super passive in their second phase. The idea of them probably gets rated higher than the actual execution. When the boss just stands there for 1-2 seconds and lets you hit them without response (because it's the other one's turn to act), it kinda falls flat.
Apparently they're harder (and so maybe more fun) in Act 3?
Can't confirm though, haven't entered Act 3 yet
Agreed on all your points here, Grand mother silk should be in S even if its a tad easy. The forebrothers are for sure better than C even if thr adds are annoying.
The only other change I’d make is I though broodmother was horrible and would probably put it on par with the beastflies.
First Sinner my goat
Absolute best boss in the game
Dude, putting Moorwing in the same tier as Moss Mother is an absolute travesty, Moss Mother has two attacks, Moorwing has about 6 and she is way more fun and dynamic. She is A tier bro.
same for sister splinter imo
I think you missed Second Sentinel
No I meant Moorwing is A, Moss Mother is C or D. She will always hold nostalgia for me as being the first boss in the game
Another conchflies fan :)
What’s your favorite weapon loadout of all time? No worries about champions (assume your equipped weapons will take of them).
For me pre final shape was: witherhord, gnawing hunger and falling guillotine
Post final shape: Khvostov, last call, faith-keeper
I took an extended break with the release of Beyond Light holding exactly this loadout.
So much this, who needs an exotic when you have 3 great pinnacle weapons.
It's this. Swap out icebreaker for hunger of crota as required.
Oh mate. That brings back memories. Still My most used weapons according to stats.
This with Starfire was so broken for so long. Definitely fun loadout.
That was the way.
Raze Lighter if you’re facing lots of Wizards
Amazing loadout
The good days when pinnacle weapons were a thing
Vision, icebreaker, hunger a very close second for solar burn.
whata? are they really the name of guns in this game?
Genesis Chain, Ex Machina, Iron Gjallarhorn
Second this, perfect combo of close and med to long range combat, with a heavy hitting sword that spins!?! A Season of Arrivals classic that still had many moments of viability for me.
