Just came back from a Vegas bachelorette party. Not mine and I didnt plan as much, but the general advice i heard was Etsy (for customized, specific things) and Amazon for everything else.

Edit: I missed part of your question in there. Included we had customized tshirts, tote bags, sunglasses, hangover kits, shot glasses, robes.

Decor included was a few banners (some were customized with the bride's name and hashtag), table cloths, napkins and disposable colored champagne glasses, balloons, and an assortment of penis-shaped things- confetti, balloons, cookies, lollipops, etc. The MOH commented that apparently there are a LOT of vendors on Etsy who will make penis shaped anything. Plenty of bachelorette party games as well. Some of it was carried over from the bridal shower as well.

Honestly, it was a bit much (to say the least- the party overall was extravagant) and I wasn't into the more raunchy aspects. But the point is there are a lot of ideas out there, Party City, Walmart, and Amazon can get you plenty of budget friendlt decor options, and Etsy is the go-to for customized or unique items.

They do custom items and apparel. You send them a design and they'll print it out on a shirt or whatever you want!

Maybe not what you're looking for, but my friends got cardboard cutouts of my FH's head on a stick which we used as picture props throughout the day, and they were a HUGE hit (both with the girls and with the people at the wineries we went to). I brought them home with me and they're making an appearance at the wedding as well!

Someone brought a banner that said “Same Penis Forever” and at some point in the night someone took away the e because my FH’s name is Sam ���� It was really funny and I’ll always remember it :)

Otherwise a friend brought a bridal chalice for me and I loved that too, I felt so baller!

Mine was hosted in my apartment and while I was out at dinner, three people decorated and included penises cut out of sparkly pinkish/purple paper. They had too much fun putting them everywhere. FH found one on a bottom of a bowl last week when my bachelorette was July 21st. One bridesmaid gauranteed we'd find one when we move out.

This wasn't mine but I hosted one for my friend at my family's lake house and we got pool floaties for each person. Each one was different and we tried to pick them based on each person's personality. We used them all weekend in the lake and got some amazing pics.

We have an inflatable penis that travels to everyone's bachelorette!

My MOH got everyone compacts and got me one that said “Mrs.newlastname” and they’re 1. So nice to throw in a purse so you have a quick mirror 2. I used it for all my wedding events going forward.

She also got me my favorite candy, twizzlers. You could get everyone a bag of their favorite candy, and they actually eat it and not have more junk around the house.

Electric fans or the paper/wood fans are always great. I just brought my paper fan to a wedding this weekend and was the most popular person on the dance floor bc it was so hot.

I once got a thin beach towel with my name embroidered and honestly use it so much, i don’t normally like “name” things but having a beach towel with your name means no one can ever steal it 😂 it also rolls up so compact it’s really easy to travel with.

What kind of weather (will you be in a city walking through air conditioned buildings or a beach in the sand and sun for example)?

What kind of things will you be doing (hitting the beach, shopping, just hanging at the Air BnB)?

Are you wanting to make every bag exactly the same? Or are you tailoring them to each recipient?

What’s your budget per bag?

I personally prefer anything actually useful. I don’t want more junk I’m going to throw out or donate when I get home. And I hate that the giver wasted their money.

If we’re going to the beach, a super plush beach towel, a fun fan, portable speaker, small cooler filled with drinks are all helpful. For me, sunscreen wouldn’t be helpful because I’m allergic to the sun and wear very specific brands. Also, if you’re doing stuff like this, either let them know what you’re gifting them in advance or gift it to them in advance so they’re not packing duplicates of what you’re gifting them.

The other option is to do something for everyone instead of individual bags. Grab everyone’s favorite snacks and drinks. Fill the fridge and cooler. Let them know you’d like to order pizza one night for everyone. Get them an Uber gift card to add to their account and use to get around for the weekend.

Are near beach or city center.? Tote bags with moisturizer and sunscreen. Water bottle. Extra emergency toiletries and sunglasses. Think what put in cute personalized bag to carry during the day while out and about. Roll up quilted jewelry bag with nice pair earrings etc inside

I had to spend down my FSA earlier before leaving a job, so my bags have sunscreen (the powder resetting one from supergoop), spf chapstick, electrolytes, and then I'm probably going to include a nail file and some snacky items, maybe a claw clip and a nip

Embroidered beach towels or totes. Custom keychains that double as bottle openers.

Not sure of a print house, but considering it's a one time use, you could DIY it with inkjet iron on transfer paper

My family has a print shop and i do dtf prints. I can do this for you same day if u want, dont mind for free if its just one or two. Dm me :)

Any places that do direct to garment printing should be able to do this for you. Don’t look for screen printing as doing a full color photo would be far too complex and costly you could also look for sublimation printing

Order a sheet of direct to film and iron them on yourself

As someone who’s taken their fair share of weird projects to T-Shirt Guys on college, I feel like they’d definitely take care of this. 

If not everyone knows each other, games can be great to help break the ice! There are plenty of options that are easy to travel with. I love Code Names and Cards Against Humanity is always fun.

My bridesmaids had some temporary tattoos made with our hashtag on them! That's something that really stuck out to me.

One of my friends brought gift bags for everyone to my bachelorette in Puerto Rico. The huge hits were the plastic chambongs and powdered pedialyte.

Please tell me these are the drink markers you got haha (I still have my guy Josh from my friend's bachelorette).

if you're going to be hanging out by the pool, portable/waterproof speakers would definitely be nice! Also cards/games when you're tired of drinking/need more help drinking. I'm a fairly basic B so my friends brought a lot of instragrammable stuff to my bach - confetti balloons, personalized wine glasses (they were disposable though so no one felt compelled to take them home), palm print everything - and I've been guilty of putting flower crowns in my friends bachelorette bags - DIY ones can be fun if you're into the arts/craftsy thing.

Creating a Snapchat filter can be fun!

Skip the clothing because it is one wear use only. If you must have favors, keep them edible.

Sorry doing it in a small font doesn’t make it better. If you want everyone dressed the same you could just get all the same souvenir t shirt of Vegas or just any matching top which will be completely not cringe when one person is wearing it at a time.

Same for bandana, scrunchie whatever…they don’t need to be personalized.

If you want to make sure people definitely get what is going on then you can wear like the beauty queen sash that says bride to be/bachelorette.

My bridesmaids are going to have to travel to get to our wedding so I'm gifting them little travel jewelry cases beforehand. Since you're doing a trip this might be an option for you too? You might even be able to get them personalized.

I gave my bridesmaids Turkish towels! I didn’t have time to, but you could always have them embroidered with their names

We’re having my bach party at the lake, so I’m making koozies (Amazon 12 pack) with each girls name ironed on (easy silhouette craft) for about $15 for all 10 girls! I might be also do scrunchies with a diamond shaped tag on them.

I loveeee Hang Loose Hut. I’m using them for my sorority’s bid day and the designers are so nice and helpful. All their designs are so cute and trendy yet unique and the quality/pricing are great as well!!!

I would recommend The Hang Loose Hut! My chapter uses them and they allow us to customize almost anything! They are super great with customer relations and 100% price friendly. They have some super cute options and I know a lot of other chapters on my campus use them as well!

In my opinion, the Hang Loose Hut has the best and cutest merch. The order minimum is 24 but they give the customer full design control with as many revisions as you want. You can see all of their customization options on their website. Really great company and they are very kind!
