TL;DR
Custom Merch Websites
For custom bachelor party gear, several websites can cater to specific needs. Swag42 offers deep customization options including printing, embroidery, patches, and more [1:1]. SSPrinting is recommended for affordable custom designs and has experience with Greek organizations
[1:2]. For small orders, 303shirt.com allows personalized designs and has been praised for quality
[2:1].
Etsy and Amazon
Etsy is frequently mentioned as a go-to for customized items such as t-shirts, tote bags, sunglasses, and other personalized merchandise [4:1]
[4:2]. Amazon is also recommended for general party supplies and decorations
[4:3]. These platforms offer a wide range of products suitable for bachelor parties and allow for easy customization.
Custom Jerseys
If you're looking for custom jerseys, SquadLocker allows you to design jerseys with patterns, colors, and logos [3:2]. TRCS Apparel on Facebook is another option for unique jersey designs
[3:1]. Fansidea and Island Kulture offer full sublimation jerseys at competitive prices
[3:4]
[3:3].
Embracing the Fun
When planning a bachelor party, the focus should be on fun rather than worrying about whether something is "cringe." Matching custom baseball jerseys, for example, can be a memorable and enjoyable part of the celebration [5:2]
[5:3]. The key is to ensure that everyone in the group is having fun, which can turn any outfit into a great story for the night
[5:5].
Merch chair here looking for a website that can handle custom things like chapter-specific shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, etc. Any places that are known to be able to handle things like this? All the sites I've visited so far are pretty much purely sports team based
What do you mean custom things? Have you searched local businesses?
I recommend using someone like SSPrinting that already has a design bank, free design team, and works specifically with greek orgs (and won't break the bank).
Fraternatees
Expensive. Their shirts cost ~$25 when others can do the same thing (or better) for $15-$20 or less.
Try checking out r/GreekMerch, they'll probably have some good advice on that
GREEKLY is the way to go.
Swag42 - they sew custom merch of high quality, in the EU, and deliver anywhere. They do deep customization: printing, embroidery, patches, pullers, buttons, NFC tags, AR filters.

SomethingGreek is always good!
303shirt.com will do "runs" of just one.
Everything I have ordered from them has been my own design with a transparent background that I uploaded. The quality has been great every time.
They do not specialize in Greek stuff, so keep that in mind. (But if you upload your own designs, that shouldn't matter.)
Wassup friends, I run a coed company slowpitch team and we’d like to make custom jerseys that reflect the work we do, which is kind of nuanced. I’m wondering if you all have used particular sources for proposing jersey designs to fit a specific theme or set of details.
I’ve seen some helpful references to apparel production companies too for cool jerseys but don’t remember what they are—that’d be helpful too. Thanks a bunch.
We used squadlocker for our stuff. The design was up to us which was the hardest part for the logo. The website lets you play with patterns, colors, type of jersey, and stuff like that for free. But, we had to come up with a logo to put on there ourselves.
Shirts are sublimated and everyone orders and received their own in about a week. Since it ships right to the individual there's no collecting money or group orders which was fantastic. Jerseys were about $32-$35 two years ago. They had hats too which we could fit our logo on and was huge for us because they came out pretty awesome. people joining the team later on just had to go to the url for the team and buy what they wanted which was a lot easier for new players.
We tried it with another team but it's a lot harder for that one to nail down what we want for a logo and colors but we'll use squad locker again as soon as we figure that out!
Edit to fix grammar and punctuation on mobile
My company is $20/ per jersey. Full sublimation jerseys. @island kulture on fb and islandkulture_ on instagram
I used Fansidea to got our team jerseys, you can try.
Have a guy been using for 10+ years
full sub jerseys for about $25 per jersey
We use TRCS Apparel on Facebook. Never let us down yet for custom stuff, even the weird stuff we asked for.
What sites did y’all use to order things like koozies, tank tops, silly straws, etc?
Also what did you order for your trip???
Looking for ideas and suggestions. My Bach is in Vegas and there isn’t really a theme. We are doing “My last rodeo” for one of the days on the strip (we’re from Texas) and a pool day in a cabana.
Etsy!
Amazon
Just came back from a Vegas bachelorette party. Not mine and I didnt plan as much, but the general advice i heard was Etsy (for customized, specific things) and Amazon for everything else.
Edit: I missed part of your question in there. Included we had customized tshirts, tote bags, sunglasses, hangover kits, shot glasses, robes.
Decor included was a few banners (some were customized with the bride's name and hashtag), table cloths, napkins and disposable colored champagne glasses, balloons, and an assortment of penis-shaped things- confetti, balloons, cookies, lollipops, etc. The MOH commented that apparently there are a LOT of vendors on Etsy who will make penis shaped anything. Plenty of bachelorette party games as well. Some of it was carried over from the bridal shower as well.
Honestly, it was a bit much (to say the least- the party overall was extravagant) and I wasn't into the more raunchy aspects. But the point is there are a lot of ideas out there, Party City, Walmart, and Amazon can get you plenty of budget friendlt decor options, and Etsy is the go-to for customized or unique items.
Thank you sooo much!!!!! I really appreciate it!!
So my cousin’s getting married next month, and for his bachelor party, he had one request: We all wear matching custom baseball jerseys.
Like, not just themed shirts. Full-on jerseys. With nicknames, numbers, and team colors. He already called dibs on #01 and “The Groom.” I’m apparently going to be “Benchwarmer” We’ve debating if the jerseys should use Velcro or buttons, because somehow that’s the detail he’s most obsessed with. He found some site, I don’t remember the name, like KXK something… shop whatever? Honestly, doesn’t really matter, just did what my cousin asked and checked out.
Not gonna lie, I’m kind of into it. There’s something weirdly fun about ten grown men showing up to a bar looking like a minor league team with a drinking problem.
Anyone else ever gone full team uniform for a bachelor party? Or are we about to make the most chaotic entrance of all time?
I did that for a friend's bachelor party around 30 years ago. We looked like idiots, but the servers in bars still served us, and it did help us to find each other when people wandered off. It's a bachelor party. Who cares if it's cringe or not?
Do it.
You’ll have so much more fun if you quit worrying about if something is “cringe” and start worrying about if it’s fun or not. If the groom thinks it’s fun, who gives af what anyone else thinks about it.
For my friend's bachelor party we did the same thing but with Members Only jackets, we looked properly ridiculous.
Allowing the groom to pick his own nickname is against the rules, he shouldn't have anything to do with the planning of this event. Allowing the groom to think he's getting a shirt that says "the groom" and actually getting one that says "the stallion" is the right move here.
Please tell me you are rocking that Members Only jacket right now? ;)
The difference between cringe and awesome is how much fun the group is having. 🤷♂️ If the whole crew is into it you could show up in tutus and be the story everybody tells that night.
This is the answer
I'm putting together a team for our local league and the next step is to figure out custom jerseys. I do some searching and a lot comes up. Anybody have any recommendations? A good mixture between quality and well-priced is what we're after, like everybody else I suppose.
$75/jersey for sublimation + free socks with order of 10 or more. 100% customizable with no extra fees. Ive used them 4 times now. Not sure if the ship outside the US though.
Whoa that looks like a great site. It seems like designing the jerseys is super simple too, I love it. I'm in the US so no problem.
very pleased with my 5Hole apparel jerseys. Charles was awesome to work with.
Thanks! Do you remember cost per jersey?
I wanna say it was $70ish with socks for sublimated
There is a guy on here that just started his own jersey company. I think it’s called Chico CHRPS hockey co
I’ve had great luck with JOG. did their reversible game jersey, subliminated with full customization. it’s a touch heavier than one jersey but not “two jersey sewn together” like I experienced ten years ago with another brand lol. At the time there was a price break at 25+ jerseys that allowed us to get 30 jerseys to have 5 for future guys at the cost of like 1.5 jerseys. Their socks if you went that direction are pretty much the same cost as a pair off the shelf.
This was end of last year, not sure if there are any tariff charges or price increases now.
But the team is happy with the quality and price was cheaper than mens league sweaters at the time.
They run true to size, maybe a touch smaller than other brands so consider a size up, but everyone’s fit with what they usually wear in other brands, including the goalie was happy including sleeve length.
What kind of prices were you paying per jersey?
$50 for single subliminated, $70 for the reversible subliminated. plus shipping which was $150 for the team. Not the cheapest but my favorite ones I’ve had.
had a good experience with kasper, they work with some USHL teams as well I think
Thanks for the recommendation! What did you pay per jersey?
60 sublimated and 100 for stitched, no idea what the level under sublimated costs
edit: no mins on reorders which is nice for teams with high churn
Does anyone know of a custom club jersey business/businesses where the individual club members order from the website's "club store”, pay for item, pay for shipping, and have it shipped to their homes? TIA!
Cuore does this. Prices vary by volume though, so small teams will pay a lot more for the same stuff.
I have a Cuore jersey from an event, I really like the fabric they use.
Just to add to the list, this is also how Castelli's custom service works (or can work).
Jakroo
Decent kit and fast turnaround too
I think most can do this. eg. From experience: Pactimo & hyperthreads
Pactimo shipped to one person who distributed the jerseys to the club members.
Ohh that is true. I forgot about that
We have used Pactimo for years. They are happy to ship direct to each club member, however there is a shipping charge for each.
Most of them do that now. I use Verge and am very happy with them.
Long story short this has been really hard to find and the places that do, do it are all bulk only. Live in the us thank you
If you're looking for a non nhl jersey, look up sublimation jerseys. Some places let you completely customize every inch of the jersey. I got myself a white and black since they'll always come in handy for pickup games

Hello everyone! I’ll be attending a Bachelor Party weekend in a couple months. It will be a gaming eekend at an Airbnb. The groom is a big fan of MtG. There will be five of us, and four have played MtG to some extent.
I had the idea to create a custom magic set based on the Groom’s life / relationships, and have a tournament of some kind.
I was thinking I’d do 150 cards, and have 4 of each. Is that a good size?
Also, any advice on how many cards of each rarity, color, type, etc.?
this might help http://yeefbear.com/as-fan/
For example - everyone wore customized shirts, or you had a little hangover kits made for the next morning, or you got to drink out a fancy glass all night.
Maybe not what you're looking for, but my friends got cardboard cutouts of my FH's head on a stick which we used as picture props throughout the day, and they were a HUGE hit (both with the girls and with the people at the wineries we went to). I brought them home with me and they're making an appearance at the wedding as well!
No this is exactly what I'm looking for! That's amazing!
Someone brought a banner that said “Same Penis Forever” and at some point in the night someone took away the e because my FH’s name is Sam It was really funny and I’ll always remember it :)
Otherwise a friend brought a bridal chalice for me and I loved that too, I felt so baller!
This wasn't mine but I hosted one for my friend at my family's lake house and we got pool floaties for each person. Each one was different and we tried to pick them based on each person's personality. We used them all weekend in the lake and got some amazing pics.
I'm extremely jealous of this.
This sounds amazingggg
Mine was hosted in my apartment and while I was out at dinner, three people decorated and included penises cut out of sparkly pinkish/purple paper. They had too much fun putting them everywhere. FH found one on a bottom of a bowl last week when my bachelorette was July 21st. One bridesmaid gauranteed we'd find one when we move out.
We have an inflatable penis that travels to everyone's bachelorette!
