Appears to be a pantagram inside a crescent moon, both pagan signs. Also appears to be a celtic knot inside the moon.

In paganism all of these represent life and connection, so I assume it’s someone trying to say something about spirituality, and all life in contrast with current US politics (represented by the dollar bill)
