Introduction to Persona 3: Reload
Persona 3: Reload is a remake of the original Persona 3, offering enhanced graphics, new features, and potentially additional content. As players navigate through Tartarus and manage their social links, understanding the core mechanics and strategies can significantly enhance the gaming experience.
Tartarus Exploration
Exploring Tartarus is central to Persona 3: Reload. Players should focus on balancing their time between leveling up their characters, acquiring new personas, and completing quests. It's crucial to pay attention to the enemies' weaknesses and strengths, as exploiting these can make battles more manageable. Regularly saving progress and preparing for boss fights by stocking up on items and ensuring party members are adequately leveled can prevent setbacks.
Social Links and Time Management
Managing social links is essential for maximizing persona fusion options and gaining additional abilities. Prioritize building relationships with characters that offer valuable skills or benefits in battle. Efficient time management is key; balancing school activities, social interactions, and Tartarus exploration will ensure players can progress smoothly without missing opportunities to strengthen bonds.
Persona Fusion and Skills
Understanding persona fusion is vital for creating powerful allies. Experiment with different combinations to unlock unique abilities and higher-level personas. Pay attention to the skills each persona can inherit during fusion, as this can create versatile and formidable companions. Regularly updating your persona roster based on upcoming challenges can provide strategic advantages.
Combat Strategies
In combat, utilizing the "One More" system by exploiting enemy weaknesses can turn the tide of battle. Always be aware of the elemental affinities of both party members and enemies. Adjusting tactics based on the current situation—whether it involves focusing on healing, buffing allies, or debuffing enemies—will improve survival chances during difficult encounters.
Additional Tips
By following these guidelines, players can optimize their experience in Persona 3: Reload, making the most of its rich narrative and engaging gameplay mechanics.

Well, he did die in 2023
I saw on Amazon that there is a 2026 version of St Jean to Santiago coming out soon, so I assumed someone is still publishing them.
To be honest, the Sarria to Santiago is the most trodden section of the Camino, so whatever version you have will be fine.
For everything else, there's Gronze
Following
The guide is not that useful for accommodation, IMO. Out of date too quickly. Apps are your friend there, and Gronze.
You cannot get lost from Sarria. There is a variant or two. Gronze Gronze Gronze.
The guide is good for the cultural / spiritual / history side of things. IMO. An older copy would do fine there.
But from Sarria, I wouldn't buy a guide. 800km of guide for 110km of Camino. I'd just research online over the next 12 months.
Edit: Oh, there's a Sarria-specific guide? Would be thin? And inexpensive.
Island Creek Oyster Farm, local Spanish market, and RTG
Stocked and stoked!!!
I went from sardine-phobic with a can of Wild Planet a few months ago to sardine-philic today! Or should I say sardine fanatic? Loving branching out into excellent tuna and other seafood!
I am also currently on a weight-loss journey and my one indulgent meal of the day is one tin of seafood with either toast and pickles or salad, effectively helping me realize a Mediterranean diet, which was kind of a stealth benefit!
You've got a lot of good ones to look forward to!
Yes! Thanks! And- I found a local bakery that makes a $5 loaf of crusty delicious sourdough bread, so good toasted with tinned fish- what a treat!

Hey everyone,
Have you ever wondered how S.E.E.S. really began? Not in the dorm, but in the cold, sterile labs of the Kirijo Group? What actually happened during the secret experiments that gave birth to Tartarus?
I've been obsessed with these questions, so I've spent my time writing a prequel light novel called Persona 3: The Origin. Forget the high school slice-of-life for a moment. This is a gritty story of psychological horror and corporate conspiracy, set in 1999, a decade before Minato/Makoto arrives in Iwatodai.
The story follows a young Mitsuru Kirijo (age 8), a young Shinjiro Aragaki (age 8), and an original protagonist as they are caught in the Kirijo Group's ruthless experiments, particularly Ikutsuki's original project, designed to manipulate and weaponize human bonds.
So what will you find in "Persona 3: The Origin"?
The true, dark origin of S.E.E.S.: Discover the meaning behind their full, chilling name.
The birth of the Evoker: What was its original design and cruel purpose?
The Abyss: A precursor to Tartarus, a space born from the sins and ambitions of the Kirijo Group. Why does Tartarus have 264 floors? The answer begins here.
The origins of Aigis/Metis: The very first hints at the creation of the ultimate anti-Shadow weapons.
A more ruthless Ikutsuki: Witness a younger Shuji Ikutsuki as he sows the seeds of the manipulative plans that would define everyone's fate.
This is a heavy, lore-intensive story, full of tragedy and adult themes. If you're a fan of the darkest parts of Persona 3's lore and want a story that dives deep into the psychology of the characters before they became who we know, then this is for you.
I'd love to hear what you all think! Feedback, kudos, and comments are always welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the dive into the Abyss!
Looks interesting! I'll definitely read this once I'm free 😁
Thank you for your planning, hope you have a best moment with my P3O.
This looks very interesting. I've always wanted to see Persona, particularly Persona 3 in more of a darker prespective, so this is something that definitely piqued my interest. I'll definitely be checking this out.
Thank you for your spending your time to unravel the secret with Edward!
I know my last post was only 2 days ago but this is just so important i need to tell you.
So, i was chatting with my friend group in school today and one of them said that if i were a girl they would kiss me and, a few minutes after, said that they have no problem with dating trans girls, considering my previous post, i think i never experienced this much happiness in a while, and he is passing to some post break-up sadness, we can just help each other with our issues.
I am gonna tell him everything and hope for the best, cheer up for me, love you <3
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE PURE ART
omg tysm im gonna use that as a pfp somewhere :3
Best of luck!
Yay so happy for you
good luck :3
Finally platinuned this game, took me 3 playthroughs cuz I messed up social links TWICE but on the thrid run I folowed a step by step guide, anyway a really fun game.
Nice job! I was only able to just scrape in the confidant trophy on the last month after reloading it about three times because I didn't want to go for a third 😅
I didn't organize social links carefully and just went for the missable ones first and then that backfired when exams come around when you can't do the school ones
Congrats!

This game kinda dragged on a bit but I loved the story. Ending made me tear up. But this scene made me sad.
At first I was like, wow this is awesome, makes the fact they meet again for real in Persona 4 Arena even better. And then I realized that while the two teams do meet again, Makoto and Yu don't 😭. It's so sad. And none of them remember so Yu will never know. I always get sad when I see Makoto with other protagonists cuz I know he's the only one gone.
Also wanna mention that Zen and Rei's story was amazing and made me tear up at the end, especially the credits. Way too emotional for a spinoff 3ds game.
Have you just done persona 3's route or you're going after persona 4's¿
Yeah I just did the persona 3 route. I’m pretty burnt out of the game rn so I probably won’t play p4 side anytime soon, but I may come back and do it on ng plus at some point
Q has to be one of my favourite crossover games, the fact that it's story is genuinely a perfect blend of the message of Persona 4 (Pursuing and investigating the truth) and Persona 3 (Memento Mori) is absolutely phenomenal imo. Been thinking about picking it up again because I only ever did the P4 side
Yeah for a 3ds spinoff crossover game, its really amazing. My only problem is I feel like it dragged on a bit too much. By Inaba Pride Exhibit I was already getting pretty sick of the gameplay loop and was hoping it would end soon. Other than that though it is veery good and blends both games themes together perfectly
They'll meet again in persona q2
you know that's true, I didn't think about that. Unfortunately they never meet where they actually remember though
Might be misremembering this but I'm pretty sure there's some minor implication that Makoto atleast partially remembers the events of Persona Q, something to do with how the story begins/ends with the P3 route.
Anyways if you decide to play Q2 It's still great but I think the story of Q beats it out. The QoL changes in Q2 however make it so much more bearable to play so if you hated the difficulty of Q just know Q2 is alot easier.
interesting. I do plan on playing Q2 after a royal replay. I wasn't really expecting the story of 2 to beat Q because Q's story was really good. I am glad to hear the gameplay is better though
It's not that the stories bad or anything it's just felt like mostly Phantom thieves business with help from SEES and the Investigation team vs Q where it blends the topics of death and mystery/ truth seeking excellently
I will say that Q2 does do a good job at addressing the FeMC of P3, but that's a subplot to the main game
Persona 5 Arena Ultimax where Liz Ressurected him.
Cool, and congratulations on the plat! 😁 As someone who enjoyed P5R, I need to play this and P4G.

I took 50 hours to beat the game. There are definitaly some ups and downs of the game that id like to tell.
I loved the Nyx boss battle: I felt like Nyx changing Arcana was one of the most uniques for an endboss. I like the design of Nyx and I like the Nyx bossfight way more than Izanami and Yaldaboath.
Bossfights during full moon: I love love love how we fight shadows outside of tartarus. Eventhough it was for a short time the hotel and train part were one of my favorite parts of the game. Its a breath of fresh air after so many floors of Tartarus. I wish p4’s TV world and p5’s Mementos had this too (but it probably wouldnt make sense for them to do that).
Strega I think Strega was awesome in the game. No evil detective nonsense this time. I love Chiddori’s story with Junpei.
Nighttimes kinda suck in late game: After i maxed Tanaka and Mutatsu their social links and maxed my social stats nighttime became kinda awkward for me. Like i didnt rlly know what i would have to do at night. I think it couldve been a good addition if they allowed me to go to the shrine at night. But for the most part i just worked so i had some extra money.
Teammate introductions: For me it was pretty lackluster when someone joined SEES. In p4 and p5 there are whole awakenings of your teammates. In p3 its just “Yo this dog got a persona lets recruit him” or “Yea this kid has a persona lets send him to war”. Now i did like Fuuka and her introduction.
Im not that fond of the teammates: First thing i didnt like was that teammates who didnt get used didnt get any exp.
In p4g teammates who dont get used also dont get exp but you can still grind between floors so they can gain exp, in tartarus you cant change floors that easily which makes it 10 times harder to level up teammates who dont get used. In p5 teammates do get exp and i think p5 does it the best in that front.
I know about the giant clock thingy but it only allowed 2 party members at a time. And what also was the problem for me is that i did not feel like i needed to use different party members. After Akihiko and Mitsuru joined my team stayed Makoto, Yukari, Mitsuru and Junpei for like the whole game. They stayed like that bcs for me they were the highest level consistently and they were good enough with healing, attacks and buffs. I have maybe only once changed my team to use Aigis and Aragaki instead of Junpei.
Now idk maybe Ken was better than Mitsuru or Akihiko better than Junpei or there was a better healer than Yukari idk. But for me those 3 were consistently the best so i never rlly got the chance to see Ken, Koromaru and the rest to their fullest potential bcs levelling them up was so hard.
There are also like smaller things i liked and didnt like. Like i wished Yoshitsune was in the game but i guess it cant be helped. I didnt like that Fuuka, Yukari, Mitsuru and Aigis their social links were so late. Sometimes the game felt too easy with the Theurgys and the gatekeepers.
I guess u hear me complaining alot about the game. But i rlly did enjoy this game. And i think it probably has alot of stuff added that the original p3 didnt have (i didnt play the original).
Yeah, in OG P3, nighttime was even MORE barer than in Reload. In Reload, they added the linked episodes and characteristics events, which was a really nice addition to the game since it gave everyone more character development.
I think P3R is at the same level or even better than original P3(and FES/P) Reload sure has some direction changes, the game may seem "P5-fied" but I think it's a sign of progress from Atlus part.
I didn't like "reloaded" tracks much, and the overall atmosphere surely is brighter than before, since P3 supposed to be the "darkest" game
But the pros really override the cons—I continue to marvel about how much content is voiced, from random hangouts to SLs. Usually if something is voiced in Persona that means it's important somehow. So I was kinda surprised that the characters were talking pretty much regularly.
Overall, I think this is a well made remake, I hope Atlus will manage to do the same job in P4R
>PC version
>No "change episode" option
I know what kind of man you are... 🏴☠️🦜
(for those who don't know, there's a method to pirate the game where you access all of the content from the demo, just like in SMT V)
If they fuck up heartbreak heartbreak Im not playing
and in the DLC the fights are worse, like in a romantic novel :-:
Spoiler Tag Please
nothing was spoiled though
Yeah it is lmao literally spoils what happens to the main character.
I can hear the music
We can hear the music
When I finished p3r I honestly felt extremely underwhelmed and thought the game was a solid 6/10
