Hopefully it’ll be coming to PlayStation I have the first game on both switch and ps5 and I prefer playing on my ps5 cause of my bigger tv

Oh you know it's coming to Switch, they made the good bucks there since us Switch users will buy everything that just about graces the Eshop

I assume the uncertainty is that if it starts early access next year, and then maybe fully launches in 2024 or something, will the switch be the current Nintendo console or will they want to target a Super Switch or something instead?

Hades is a perfect game for switch. Hard to see them passing that console up.

I play on my PC, but expect I'll pry play on the Steam Deck quite a bit when that ships.

Its not coming out of console til after EA and they have already stated it won't be leaving EA this year at a minimum, probably at year or more

I played it an update or two and was pretty disappointed, but maybe I'll come around with the full release. The weapons to me are a HUGE downgrade compared to the ones in the first game, the build crafting overall seems way more punishing with how you really have to get lucky with blessings to get a specific build. I hope they've done a lot of balancing passes because the game felt more frustrating than enjoyable to play.

I did like everything else though, it's just the gameplay that felt pretty lacking

I think Hades I will still be a very good standalone game worth going back to, since Hades II hasn't carried over all the same gods and weapons. If you liked a certain god or weapon in the first game that isn't in the second game, I don't think there are any core gameplay changes significant enough to keep you from going back to the first game. But I only have 2 hours in Hades II so far, maybe I am wrong.

Not over yet for me! I will wait for 2 to exit early access and I still haven't got that 32 heat statue on 1

It’s literally on a list of all timers for me. I’ve been gaming since 1988 and Hades is truly on a very short list of perfect video games.

Games like Hades is where handhelds especially shine. It looks even betted on the Deck since the OLED makes the colors pop and you get almost a 90fps lock with ~5hr battery life too. It's an indie gaming beast.

I tried playing hades I liked it for first few hours but then I felt like I was just spamming not a bad game at all I loved the dialogues but just not meant for me  I really wanted to like it🥲

Die Early Access von Hades II hatte bereits mehr content als Hades I. Das ist allein schon crazy

Jop denke schon ist schon bisschen her wo ich den ersten gespielt hab aber nach 11h spielzeit hab ich es noch nicht viel weiter als bis Kerberus geschafft :) Finde es aber sehr geil

teil 1 war mein erstes Rogue-like und auch mein letztes.

Tagelang immer wieder die gleichen Level zu spielen war einfach sehr schnell nur sehr nervig.
12 Stunden ohne das "Ende" gesehen zu haben, hat mir gereicht.

Was sind andere 10/10 spiele für dich?

Echt? Aber dann erst später oder? Den 1. Boss habe ich beim 2. Run gelegt, den 2. Boss bei Run 5 oder 6.

Die 3. Welt fand ich auch relativ leicht, am 3. Boss bin ich aber jetzt zwei mal gescheitert.

Mir kam es bisher einfacher vor als Teil 1, oder liegt das einfach daran dass ich den zu viel gespielt habe? 😅

Hab das auch seit heute erst 2 Runs gemacht da keine Zeit aber ja gefällt mir bislang

Ich glaube es gibt wenig andere Spiele in denen die Entwickler so viel Liebe reingesteckt haben wie bei Hades. Wirklich alles ist absolut on point. Teil 1 ist eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsspiele und nach ~8 Stunden in Teil 2 bin ich absolut begeistert.
